    My items were not shipped inside a shipping box and they arrived mangled and barely usable. Maybe they should use the very same boxes and shipping supplies they sell to ship their own items with care?? Thought.

    I have ordered on Zoro before because they provided great service, great products and at a great price. So last week I ordered shipping supplies --- corrugated shipping boxes. Today, 3 packages arrived. The 1st one was bubble-wrapped. The other 2 were packaged in oversized boxes that were taped poorly. The 2nd box looks like it was rolled down the block as it was coming apart, and the item inside was damaged. The 3rd box also had damaged product. I feel like I threw my money away. Very disappointed. Having a well-functioning website and offering quality products at a good price does me no good if they are packaged/shipped poorly and arrived damaged!

    Item had the wrong picture. Product was extremely overpriced. Cancelled but product sent anyway. When I set up a return they wouldn't refund shipping - even though I ordered the wrong product because of their error and they didn't process the timely cancellation. Finally, they told me to keep the product. Clearly this confirms that it was worth less than shipping even though they charged a high price for this item.

    I am absolutely not satisfied with the **************** from ********************** Tools because I purchased two mufflers and I got damaged package with the damaged mufflers so I immediately contacted with the ****************. When I contacted with the **************** and asked for the refund and also for the return label so I could to return back to the seller they answered that I will charged with the shipping cost doesn't matter that it was not my fault.

    Received ladder from ***** on doorstep. Found it when I checked my front porch.. No notice to me.Has scrtaches and what looks like charcoal or rubber scrapes too. Not in a box. Filthy. Looks like a 5 year old used ladder. very disappointed.

    I received a product that was smaller than described and illustrated on the web site. What I received was available, for less, on other web sites. I went with Zoro because they had the size I wanted, per the illustration. It turns out the illustration was outdated and didnt accurately show the product I received. The dozen or so other web sites that also carried this smaller product described and showed the product accurately. So I went with Zoro. My mistake. I wont buy there again.

    Product which i had ordered was not the item shipped. It was a knock off by an unknown producer.The invoice from zoro reflected the correct item. Shame shame shame

    If you have to get a refund be prepared to wait at least a month or more. But Ive still havent gotten mine.
