1 starordered 2 md hearing air ON NOV 2 2021 the picture when buying showed large tubing and dome but received small tubing and comfort tip which does not work for me called wanting large tubing and dome tip as ordered was told not available after ***************************************************************************************** my money back did not happen *********************

"We thank you for being a loyal PRO customer for so many years. As you know, technology advances and we found the analog PRO was no longer serving our customer's needs. We also found the 13 PLUS tubing that you previously used with the PRO was challenging for many of our customers and did not provide an added gain benefit so it was discontinued in 2019. We are sorry the digital AIR is not working for you. We would be happy to review your hearing test to help you determine if a different program, volume setting, ComfortTIP, or dome would be a better fit for you."Review fromMike C
