    On May 29, 2025 I clicked along a link and it charged my card intending for a 4 week plan. The link failed and now I don't have the plan, a way to cancel the 'subscription', or my money. It is impossible to find a proper customer service channel with this company. All I know is I was charged my I CARE NOORO-US

    After seeing numerous advertisements about how Nooro Nerve Prime could help neuropathy, I decided to order the product. There was a 90 day money back guarantee that stated if the customer was not satisfied, ********************** would refund every single Penney, no questions asked. Also, supposed to get money back the same day Nooro was contacted. On December 12, 2024, I ordered the product and received it on December 28, 2024. When the product didnt work for me, I contacted Nooro on March 26, 2025 to get refund. Nooro offered to refund 35% of money to avoid hassle of returning product. On April 1, 2025, I mailed 3 empty Nooro Prime bottles. I waited approximately a month and never heard back. I started to text them, but they wouldnt refund money without tracking number which I misplaced. I questioned their policy and advertisements and explained it was empty plastic bottles of no value. Nooro employees refused to refund my money.

    I purchased a 30 day wellness service for 30 days for *****. to this company charged me ***** plus $99.96. I requested a refund she told me she can only give me half this was in minutes of being charged. I explained I did not order this service. She would not answer my questions as to what it was for.

    Date of transaction: April 22, 2025 Amount charged: $20 I was charged $20 by Nooro for a program I did not knowingly sign up for and never used. I was researching whether their services might be helpful for a family member, and at no point was it made clear that clicking through would initiate a subscription. The business committed to providing a Cortisol Detox Challenge 4-Week Plan, but nothing was delivered or explained at the time of charge.The nature of this dispute is that Nooros website and ads are highly misleading, intentionally confusing, and designed to trick users into unwanted subscriptions. There was no clear indication that my actions would result in a purchase or enrollment, and no confirmation page or email before the charge appeared.I contacted support immediately. While they canceled my subscription to prevent further charges, they refused to offer a refund unless I accessed their app and provided screenshots of using the programsomething I never intended to use and certainly didnt authorize. This is a predatory tactic that shifts the burden to the consumer after the fact, rather than offering upfront transparency.This model profits by misleading people. I am requesting a full refund of the $20, and for Nooro to be reviewed for deceptive advertising practices. I will be reporting their social media ads as misleading moving forward

    I originally ordered a 4 week plan from this company and I wasnt made aware that it was a subscription. I was also not made aware of a recurring charge, which is required to be extremely transparent in ******. They have also made it extremely difficult to cancel, which is also against business practices in ******. You need to be able to cancel a subscription as easily as it is to subscribe. I want my subscription cancelled and to not be charged or contacted by the business again.

    Dear Sir/Madam ******* multiple mails I have been paying a $24.95 subscription 9x and $19.95 once and have no idea what for. Support and telephone calls trigger no action. I have never logged into anything and am concerned about identity and credit card info theft AND I would like my money back.     I purchased a $19.99 4 week "app" for my phone and since then have been charged for some "subscription" in the amount of $38.95 which I most certainly DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR SUBSCRIBE to.I wish to be reimbursed for the two erroneous charges and for this company to recognize that they are NOT AUTHORIZED to place any additional charges and if there is some bogus SUBSCRIPTION for it to be cancelled immediately.
