    Terrible experience, the app is broken and the support is unhelpful. The course kept wanting to charge me twice and I was unable to use the service yet they refused to refund me!

    Scam!!!! Do not give them money!!! Their products do not work and they will keep charging your card after cancellation!!! I hope they are sued for fraud!!!

    Similar to several other customer reviews below I also ordered version 2.0 but received version 1.0. **************** quickly answered my request and offered a 50% refund if we wanted to keep version 1.0. I declined as we researched version 2.0 and wanted that one. I was then told I had to pay return shipping costs as it was not their policy to cover these costs even though it was their mistake. I asked if they can send me version 2.0 but was told it was out of stock. After reading similar experiences below I believe they are purposefully sending version 1.0 to customers who ordered version 2.0 knowing it was out of stock and hoping customers will just accept version 1.0. Only positive for me is customer service was responsive and did send me a full refund after receiving the returned item.

    I ordered & paid for two version 2.0 nooro foot massagers. I didn't know it at the time but what I got was version 1.0 foot massagers because version 2.0 is out of stock. I was given instructions for charging the battery for the control for the foot pad on the massager but the instructions from a person that I was given for the one I ordered not the one I received. I was not told that I was getting the lesser version 1.0 even after I talked to a person from the company. They also sold me some expensive supplement that's supposed to help increase the effect of the vitamin b complex that I already take for my legs. It costs about $500 more than the foot massager itself. I do not know if this stuff will have any positive effect or not. After 4 days the battery for the foot massager started shutting off before I was done. It's not supposed to shut off at all unless I do it. I charged it per the instructions from my ******************* continued to have the same problem & then wouldn't turn on at all. When I called to report this problem I learned that I was sent the vers 1 instead of vers 2 that I paid for and that the vers 2 wasn't available right now & they didn't know when it would become available. In the meantime, they are sending me another vers 1 so I can have a working foot massager until the vers 2 becomes available. I'm very unhappy that I wasn't told I was being sent a lesser version than I paid for & that my representative person didn't seem to know it or tell me. Unbeknownst to me the color of the pad you put your feet on his orange for vers 2 & black for vers 1. I was asked multiple times what color the pad was & it was clear I had the black one but that did not get my representative to tell me I have the wrong one & that the rules were different for charging the battery. Now I am waiting for the supplement that I was sold & had to pay a full year for in advance & a vers 1 replacement until vers 2 becomes available. I don't know if this even works. *****

    #1. They shipped a cheaper version than the one shown on their webpage.#2. Then, when I asked to return the product many times via email, texts, and phone calls, they kept trying to get me to keep the WRONG product, and they would refund 25% was their first offer then 35%. Why would I want to keep a product that was not the one I purchased?#3. I had to pay for shipping, since they sent the wrong product. They should have paid for shipping.#4. I'll be happily surprised when I receive a refund.#5. Pro: They have made me very cautious regarding offers on the internet.

    I ordered a Nooro product, changed my mind, and was able to resolve my issue. I appreciate their willingness to accommodate me (although I did have to escalate the issue to a supervisor.)

    Even though their products didn't work for me, they still tried to find ways to help. They even sent me 3 free Fungus pens. Personally I would give them a try, they might work for someone else.
