    To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed **************************** CRED 5558**** $0.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i).     I am submitting this complaint because my credit report contains accounts that I do not recognize, and I strongly suspect they may be linked to a data breach. The presence of these unverified accounts is deeply concerning, as they could be negatively affecting my credit score and overall financial stability.Despite my attempts to obtain verification, I have not received sufficient proof that these accounts are legitimate. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.     I woke up to emails from loan companies. Someone was using my info to get loans. I seen a hard inquiry and called Integra right away to let them know it was not me and don't send the funds. They did anyway. Called again and asked what Is needed to get a loan. She said only a ***. Ever heard of the dark web? Yes my ssn was compromised according to credit wise. With the internet being so unsecured,how are they able to get away with this? I've been working hard on my credit since I've been separated and now Someone else is able to ruin my progress. This isn't fair.

    I am not liable for this debt with Integra Credit . I do not have a contract with the collection agency, Central Portfolio Controls. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    Yes I took out a loan for 2500. In August 2024 and got approved my payment is ****** every two weeks I were told that I we have my loan paid off in 2026 of may which made me to pay back ******* back to them I cant do please help dont sound right

    On Date of transaction 11-07-2024 I requested a monthly installment loan from Integra Credit. I have been a customer from before as I have requested 2 prior loans that were paid and closed. The amount on the loan was $1000 dollars. When I went to their website and proceeded with the application process, they had me verify demographics and employment to verify it was still the same. I entered my information to include my social or the last 4 to be verified. When the application process was reviewed they came back and offered me 3 different loans with different payment options. I selected the 14 month $90.12 cents option that they clearly offered me during the application process. After my information had been processed. I most have been at a ******* credit score at the time because I check it every day. And I just had a + 20 increase, now I am at 621. My total payback was going to be $1,261.68 with 14 payments is to what I agreed to with them. The transaction was approved and that is what they offered me and what I agreed to and signed. I received an email on November 30th 2024 advising me that my next payment is on December 6th 2024 in the amount of $90.12. Now it turns out that instead of 14 payments of $90.12 has been changed to 30 payments of $90.12 with a finance charge of $1,703.18 and total payment of $2,703.18. Where they are applying $9.29 to the principal and $80.92 to interest. They added an additional 16 payments out of nowhere. I would have never agreed to those terms if they had been offered and presented to me at the time of the application. And I would not be making this up to waste my time and theirs. The Creditor is:***************************************************************** ************ This is a "criminal creditor" I'm sorry to say, and they need to be exposed so other people can be aware of the shady business practices they have, along with Integra Credit. They lied during the application process to Scam me!

    I am rejecting this response because: All rates and terms that were disclosed to me during the application and prior to the agreeing to the terms were completely different. As I stated before, your system was misleading during the application process. It clearly stated that I was being offered 14 Monthly payments. It gave me 3 different loan amounts with 3 different calculated payback amounts. When I agreed you texted me something totally different. I also want to make it very clear that Im not refusing to pay the loan back. But I will not pay your company $1,703.18 in finance charges. With a ********% interest rate. The loan will be paid speedily. Even with the credit score that I have my interest should be around $218.25 for a $1000 dollar loan. Im not interested in speaking to your **************** rep ******** or any other rep. ****** your company can produce a live screenshot of my application process. As I stated before, I will deal with this issue, and then hope to never deal with your company again. If you did it to me, youve done it to other misfortunate people also. And I will state again, I would have never agreed to these terms.
