    I reached out to the customer service to have my account deleted and information removed. They responded stating they have to keep my information but did not respond to my request to delete my account.     An account appeared on my Credit Report for $5,621.00 from Integra Credit. I had not been able to take out any loans or credit cards for almost 5 years until recently. And it has been opened since 2021. I believe I am not the first ****** to encounter this issue. I have tried to dispute it and they are saying that they can verify this information. I have never received any emails, correspondence or anything besides it showing on my credit report. I have already emailed them about it with no response and I am almost sure they are going to reply to this as we have tried to contact you but have not been able to. Which is a lie. This is affecting my credit after I have worked on it so hard. Im disappointed and hopeful that it can be straightened out.

    I have attached all information with my claim. This business is neglecting to process my payment which clearly in attached documents you can see i sent payment out, they received my payment and now they are telling me it could take 14 to 21 days to complete, which in that time period could make me owe them more money. It should not take that long they are stalling to make me owe more money please help. When on the recorded calls they gave me a total to send by the 19th of May 2025, you can clearly see in photos I done my part and they received payment by certified mail with signature on May 7th 2025 that is shown in one of my attached documents. Can you please finish the process of this payment for me and also have integra credit to remove the derogatory reports against my credit? Please let me know when this is complete along with proof of payment processed. Thanks in advance and look forward to hearing back from you. Total of three documents enclosed with this dispute. Last four of SSN 4137 because I am sure they will ask for it. I do not know my account number right off hand. The tracking number is just to the overnight certified mail which is also printed on receipt in photos.

    I used Integra Credit for a loan and payments were taken by auto draft. I made a final payment, but the auto draft still went thru. Ive been trying to get my overpayment back, but Im getting the runaround. Im getting the same emails that my balance included interest, which is correct and my final payment covered that. Im just trying to get my $72 auto payment draft that was pending when I made the final payment. **************** is no help!

    I continue to receive loan application results and stating a loan in my name was sent to a specific bank account. Nothing has hit my credit report yet, but there should be no way Integra Credit should or could be able to process a loan when my credit is on freeze with all three credit bureaus. Someone is committing fraud and I will file suit if it hits my credit

    I am rejecting this response because: The business failed to identify the correct customer, and they continue to email me requesting payment on a loan, and or a police report to be filed.  Integra Credit is giving loans to anyone without verification, leading to non payments.  I dont understand how they approved a loan for someone and while receiving inaccurate personal information.  I believe its an inside job (someone that works for Integra Credit, knows the person that gave false information for a loan).

    I am filing this complaint against Integra Credit due to their failure to accurately report the payoff status of my loan, which was fully paid off on February 14, 2025.Despite fulfilling my financial obligation in full, Integra Credit has not updated my account to reflect a zero balance or marked it as paid/closed with the credit reporting agencies. This discrepancy may negatively affect my credit report and does not reflect my current standing as a borrower.I have made multiple calls to Integra Credits customer service and have also emailed them directly in an effort to have this issue corrected, but no resolution has been provided. To date, the account remains inaccurately reported.Desired Outcome:I am requesting that Integra Credit immediately update my account to reflect a paid-in-full and closed status with all relevant credit bureaus. I also request written confirmation once this update has been completed.

I have discovered that accounts have been opened in my name without my knowledge, consent, or authorization.     I had taken a loan out with this company a few months back. Due to health and medical issues, I had to miss work, causing me to fall behind on my loan. I do not currently have a phone that is able to make calls, so I can only email. I had sent this company an email explaining my situation and they had replied with some payment options to get me back on track. I had selected which option I wanted, but before proceeding and signing anything, I had a few questions. I never got a response back. Then I started getting more harassing calls and missed ANOTHER payment. So I sent ANOTHER email. And they responded with the same thing. Payment options to get caught up. Once again, I selected the option that worked for me and NEVER heard anything back again. I have sent at least **************************************************** so I can get caught back up and all they do is ignore me. I am literally TRYING to make my payments and get caught up, but it's like they want me to destroy my credit and not pay them back! I NEED to heard back from someone by the end of the day tomorrow regarding this! I have sent so many emails explaining that I do NOT have a working phone with call privileges right now and that I can only email. I have had multiple people email me before (****** *. , ******* *. , ******* *. are all **** that have emailed me but refuse to email me back). I specifically have emailed ****** S multiple times confirming which loan repayment plan I choose and she just refuses to email me back and then HAS THE ***** to email me a few days later saying "we have not heard from you about the repayment option" EXCUSE ME!? I have emailed you COUNTLESS times. I am trying to get caught up and you guys have HORRIBLE customer service skills and do not reply to your customers! This has been the WORST loan experience I have EVER had and I can not wait until it is paid off. Your **** need more training. Better yet, they need to be fired. What a shame and an embarrassing company!

    This debt with CCB-INTEGRA is not my responsibility. There is no agreement between me and CCB-INTEGRA. This is fraudulent behavior because the account was opened without my consent. The business has did not present a signed contract or other evidence that I gave permission for this to be opened. account. There is no legal foundation for this unless there is a signed, legally binding contract. to be registered in my name. Consequently, I contest its legitimacy and ask that it be taken down right away from my documents.
