    I was approved for a loan of $2,200 on 5/4/23. I connected the application to my bank account (by using MY bank log in info). I received an email from Integra later that night stating that the funds had been sent to my bank. Saturday 5/6/23 I still had not received the funds and contacted integra customer support. The support agent asked me to verify my information starting with my account number. She told me the numbers I was reading off were completely incorrect and that she would need to send to have the funds returned by the bank and I would have to provide a bank statement. I attempted to tell her that I was sure the account connected to my accounts because amounts in the accounts and everything were the same. It was also determined during that call that I had unknowingly applied using my maiden name. Im guessing this occurred due to me applying through credit karma which I had no clue had not updated my married name in the ten years I was married. On credit karma you have to update this manually I learned! Monday 5/8/23 I spoke with integra again and since they had not received the funds I contacted my bank via their app messaging feature. It was determined that the money was being sent back due to my last name not matching my account. The account number was correct. I received a couple of emails from integra this morning and thought I would just need to provide my bank statement and drivers license. The only info that was different on the new application was my last name. They even had my social security number. Easily could have been verified that I was in fact who I was saying I was. Called customer service to reapply 5/9/23. SECOND application was denied! But they ran my credit again! I want either the inquiries removed or my loan since this loan was for emergency car repairs and to pay off an old loan that I thought my ex spouse had taken care of. I didnt read the complaints on BBB just looked at the rating. ****** learned. 10/10 do not recommend!!

    I am rejecting this response because: They called last week and left a voicemail. I emailed them and kept getting the same two generic responses. They called one other time and I was not able to answer in time so I sent an email. I would prefer communication with this company be through email but they continue to try and get me on the phone. They have done nothing to try and resolve the complaint. I am sending screenshots of the back and forth with the emails in case you need them.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Integra Credit regarding their failure to update my credit report with TransUnion to show that my account has been paid in full. Despite my repeated requests and providing proof of payment, Integra Credit has not taken any action to update my credit report and this has caused me significant harm.On March 13th, 2023, I made a payment to Integra Credit to satisfy the debt on my account. However, despite providing them with proof of payment, they have not taken any action to update my credit report with TransUnion. As a result, I have been denied credit and loan applications, which has had a negative impact on my financial standing.I have made several attempts to resolve this issue with Integra Credit, but they have not been responsive. I have contacted their customer service department multiple times, but they have not taken any action to resolve the issue.I demand that Integra Credit immediately update my credit report with TransUnion to show that my account has been paid in full. I also request that Integra Credit compensate me for any damages that I have suffered as a result of their negligence.Their failure to update my credit report has caused me significant financial harm, and I believe that Integra Credit should be held accountable for their negligence.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt resolution

    Applied for a loan to integra credit asked for 800 was approved for more **** accepted the **** loan approval with terms of paying ****** monthly payments back every month until loan was paid off signed contract since saying it was approved only did so accepted the loan and terms as they have the same application as another loan I've used before opp loans which has helped before and I still continue to work with them so thought this new company worked the same as I was reading it or thought if in approved for the loan and agree to terms and sign the agreement to make payments monthly funds would or should have been funded as agreed upon the terms were my thoughts after I sent my social security paperwork for income on 3/15/23 same day I believe I filled out the application and was stated they would look the income over and never have I heard you being denied after being approved by companies after sending this information out but funds were to be sent out next day into bank account also verified I called asking why funds weren't in my bank account and was told they were still looking it over so had to wait until today which was 3/17/23 waiting for funds for bill I wanted to pay so I had enough thinking I was approved by company left me with a late fee after not having enough funds then remaining monies was going to pay a small payday loan off and down payment for insurance I can't get to fix my car recently deer hit my vehicle so very disappointed that the company had my hopes up to get the monies to get these bills cared for in the process to get behind called today 3/17/23 asking why no money said couldn't see the social security paperwork which I know isn't true it was a clear picture of both checks I receive then asked for bank statements sent those got an email was denied the loan called back supervisor said sorry he can't tell me why denied until I get letter in 30 days but don't think cared I was contacting BBB and complaining they have my bank info scare me

    Applied to this company for an emergency loan for unexpected expenses on sat November 12, 2022. Was told I was approved and to provide appropriate documents. I proceeded to submit all documentation they requested. Received confirmation that I was approved. Communicated with them for a couple days, all was good, they confirmed i was approved and would get my funds thursday november 17th, 2022. Fast forward to November 17th, 2022, the day I was expecting the approved funds, I get a call stating I was in fact declined. And was given no reason or explanation.

    My auto pay has always since day one been on every other Thursday. they have repeatedly tried pull the money out several times early resulting in many nsf charges from my bank now resulting in the amount of charges well into the hundreds. Each time I have contacted them I get the same response... "there is nothing we can do about that" and it continues to happen. Each time they do this they immediately report to the credit agencies which is running my credit into the ground. Personally I believe this is a way to make it impossible for you to find another loan to pay them off if that's the only way you are able to pay this company off.

    On October 21st I contacted Integra Credit to get an extension on my settlement payment that would be coming due the following Tuesday on 10/25/22. The extension was granted and the payment was made on November 8, 2022.I received an email on November 8th as a confirmation for my payment, and it also stated that there were no additional payments remaining to complete the settlement and close the account. This was great news for me because I am struggling to make ends meet for my family, and I also felt good about being able to have the extra money again in my monthly budget.I called Integra Credit on November 10, 2022 to confirm that the account was settled. I was told that the email I received was incorrect, and that an additional payment would be withdrawn on November 22nd to complete my settlement agreement. I informed the representative that this was a disappointment, and not fair to me because I had already planned on not making any additional payments this month, and I was looking forward to being free of this debt. I was told that I would have to make the additional payment on November 22nd. I was frustrated and ended the call.As of today's date I have already paid Integra Credit a little over $2,900 which is more than enough to cover my original loan amount of $2,500 with additional interest.

    I took out a $500 loan from Integra credit in July of 2022, and made 4 or 5 payments in the amount of $87 per month, and I called them on on Monday, November 7, 2022 to find out what the payoff amount would be, I was given a payoff amount in the sum of $394, and that if I kept making monthly payments on my loan it would be paid off in 2023 for a total amount of $1,044.00.. I'm making these monthly payments and very little is coming off the loan amount.What their requiring is very unreasonably at a very high interest rate and this should have been explained to me when I called customer service, All I was told was the sooner I paid the loan off it wouldn't cost very much.

    Due to a lost job I fell behind on my loan payments with them. When I was able to, I made a settlement plan and made all payments on time and even made an additional payment. I have emails stating that once this was paid in full, I could apply for a new loan. Then, once I made my last payment, I was told over the phone and in writing that I could not apply for another loan.

    I have an account with Integra Credit. I keep getting emails daily from them saying I have past due amount for August, which I set a payment arrangement for 2 payments for Sept. 30 to cover the payments but got email on 9/28/22 saying my payment is past due . I emailed them on 9/28/22 stating I had arrangements and yet I got a phone call wanting arrangements on 9/28/22. I also emailed them explaining that I need the address to mail the payment as my bank account was compromised and can not be used. They stopped the automatic payments but refuse to give address and info on how to mail payment and keep emailing to call and make arrangements with debit card. My debit card is attached to the bank account that has been compromised. It is like this company does not un derstand english at all.

    I am rejecting this response because: company doesn't understand English. I have emailed since I have no voice and they sent same message. They want to add anywhere from $32 + $194 on top of other payments. I ask for low monthly payments and they do this. I asked they don't take from account on file as it won't go through and they email I said change account. **************** is lowsy.
