This email provider, Reagan.com, doing business as Fortify Technologies LLC, or Fortify Space or Fortify Space LLC has charged me for an email service which has either been hacked or failed and no amount of contacting them through their Customer Support has resulted in restoring this service. There is no phone number to contact them live and their online support does not respond. After paying them on October 16th, I have had ongoing problems and have been locked out of using this Service since November 16th. Anything you can do to assist in getting them to fix this would be appreciated.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:BBB of Chicago recently assisted me in getting this email provider to repair my email account. After approximately 3 days my account is no longer available and the provider, Reagan.com is unreachable through their online support portal. The previous complaint number was ********. Anything you can do to remedy this situation with this vendor would be greatly appreciated.

The user will have to repurchase the account at **********************************************************************

I am rejecting this response because: This Business did not contact me on December 29. After no response after waiting about three weeks after contacting their on-line customer service , I requested that they cancel my subscription (12/29) to their service. I did see a response yesterday, 1/9/2025, after logging into their on-line customer service, however, they have not refunded my money as I do not possess a ****** account, I paid them with my **** card.

I have been a Reagan.com customer for over 5 years. In the last 6 months I have had repeated email problems. I have been unable too access my email in weeks. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or virtual service available. This is the only email I have and my business is suffering. My bill is paid in full and I am frustrated by Reagan.com lack of ANY customer service. Everyday I cannot access my email it is costing me monies. My email was a victim of a phishing scam. Aug or Sept of 2024. Another entity had access to my account and was sending out phishing emails from my email address. When realized, tried to stop access to other person to no avail. Finally figured it out. Was able to stop access. Because email is used for business and contains personal info, I need an IT investigation into what was accessed in my account done by a 3rd ******** lawyer sent several emails to ****** on 3-4 different days/occasions requesting access to my account for the 3rd party IT. NO RESPONSE. I finally connected with someone on chat, explained my situation. Told them lawyer sent 3-4 emails on different occasions and hasn't heard back, not even an acknowledgement of email receipt. Support person "looked for the emails from the lawyer, couldn't find them so they must have been forwarded to the appropriate department" that chat was over 2 weeks ago. Still no contact from them. Gave my lawyer the address and phone number to ******. Phone call placed, message left, no answer, no call back.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT FOR THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!!!!!!! Reagan.com just dropped my email account (on Nov 14, 2024). This is unexpected in that I believe I am paid up until 2025. Their online help person claims that my account is expired and that they have erased all my email. I need that email record. How do they not have remedy? There seems to be no reactivation path. I even tried to re-subscribe but they do not allow me to use the same email name, so how could I ever access my email record again.Business Response

Locked out of email account I have tried multiple times to notify reagan.com support that I cannot access my email, have not been able to access it since July 2024. I have tried using their online chat, only to be informed I was being connected to someone, which never happens! They keep sending me emails I cannot reply to, requesting me to pay more money to keep the account open! Beginning Friday, 11/8/2024, my Reagan.com email has been flooded with spam emails. It looks as though someone got into my account and sent "registration" or "sign-up" emails to companies/newsletters, etc., all over the world. I've changed my password, but the same thing happens every day. When I clicked on their "support" tab, it tells me my email address or password are incorrect, though I used them to login to my email! Earlier this morning, I got a "support is no longer available" message. Is Reagan.com still up? Has anyone else been hacked? Thank you for checking into this.
