I can no longer send email from my Reagan.com account. I turned on my computer this morning and all my incoming email was gone. I have tried to contact Reagan.com and get NO response. I don't know where to go from here other than changing to another carrier. However, I have been with Reagan.com for so long and it would take a lot of work to transfer all the information and to let everyone know I have a new address. I am rejecting this response because:I never received a response from Reagan.com anywhere. All of a sudden I was locked out of my account and lost all my incoming emails. It has been a CHORE to initiate each email and redirect them to a new website. All my information had to be changed. And NO explanation from ****** at all. I was never informed of an "spam email".

The user has a ****************** account on file as the alternate email address, we sent a response to that address on 11/11/24 at 2:30pm CST. This email was also cc'd to the ****** account. The user also setup several filters which were configured to delete incoming email to their ****** account immediately. They can right click on the trash folder and select recover deleted emails to review the deleted emails and move them back to the inbox.Customer Answer

No, it has not. I can't even get into the reagan.com acct, so how could they have sent a message when I couldn't even get in to the account to receive it.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not aware of any correspondence to me that I did not answer. Nothing has changed and nothing has been resolved. I can no longer get into my ****** account, so I don't know what is going on with this case. Because of this, I am about ready to give up on the whole issue. It does not seem to get resolved.

Since Friday, 11/1/24, I have been unable to access my Reagan.com email. When logging in i keep getting an error message. I've tried numerous times to change my password and that hasn't worked. Now, it says my security question is wrong. I've tried their chat with no response from them. There is no phone number to call for help. I have no access to my email. Reagan.com has NOT responded to my complaint regarding not receiving emails since 10/25/2024. I have contacted them several times thru their chat support and I am not receiving any correspondence back from them.There is No contact phone number to use for help. If I'm not receiving emails from anyone it is useless to contact them using my email.I need to know if my email account has been hacked!!Can you help me find a contact phone number for them? After using Reagan.com for over ten years, our account ********************* was disconnected on 7/18/2024 without warning. There is no way to contact the company / vendor to address the problem. This is my wife's email account and she has suffered multiple strokes and is unable to help me unravel this puzzle. I am rejecting this response because: The vendor response provides no resolution. They make reference to a June 2024 notification that we no longer have access to. At the time of the June 2024 notification, our account was being flooded with phishing emails from accounts ending with ********************, making it impossible to identify legitimate correspondence. Please share our contact information with Reagan.com so that they can contact us directly (by email or phone), and help coordinate restoration of our Reagan.com account. Thank you.

I have noticed through the BBB that they have received many complaints about the same issues. Reagan.com has no support or phone number for contact and i don't have an alternate email for communication. Have tried resetting password and live chat with no results. This should not be this hard. My account was hacked, when I did get a response from support I was told to change password. I cant find anywhere on site to change password. No customer support to speak of, no contact information for chatting or speaking with any support people that I can find. NONE AT ALL. I want to change my password, check on my account security, and speak with an actual living person responsible for helping customers. As any business should have.Mainly, my account has been compromised, and I fear any information in my account is accessible by others.
