1 starLack of transparency. Good sales pitch. Tell you they know your creditors and can settle your debt for 50-55%. In reality after they settle for 65-70% and you pay their 25% and then taxes on your written off amount you pay more than you actually owed to start with. They send you communication telling you they have done all they could. Results do not show what they tell you in the sales pitch to get you to sign up. Very bad decision. Im in a worse place now than I had been. Btw they make it sound like they will negotiate and this will be a relief but they only negotiate one account at a time and only when you have enough money in your account. Not at all what I thought I was signing up for. I know -read the small print. Well at sign up they rush you through the document paraphrasing what it says without providing you a copy to review in advance. Very discouraged. Would not recommend!
