1 starTo Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with Beyond Finance. What I was led to believe was a supportive debt relief service has caused significant emotional, financial, and legal harm. After my divorce, I enrolled in your program on May 31, 2023, with eight credit cards and mounting debt. Your team promised to negotiate with creditors, reduce my debt by about 50%, and help me become debt-free in three years. I was told I wouldn't need to speak to creditors again and that your team would handle everything using the biweekly deductions from my account. I followed all instructions, ceased contact with creditors, and allowed Beyond Finance to manage my debt. While a few accounts were settled slowly, things took a drastic turn for the worse. On Jan 29, 2025, a lawsuit (Case No. JC1052) was filed against me by ************* in ****************, *****, though I reside in *************. I was never notified or served. Your team contacted me about a settlement on March 27, which I declined, but failed to mention that legal action had already been taken a serious and damaging omission. On May 8, 2025, I discovered my bank accounts were overdrawn by thousands without warning. I couldn't pay for dinner, gas, or bills. At the bank, I learned a judgment had been entered against me by Discover. I was blindsided by a lawsuit you knew about and failed to disclose. This failure has led to severe financial instability, loss of job opportunities, and immense emotional stress. I trusted you to help me, not expose me to greater harm. I demand a full explanation, acknowledgment of your negligence, and a concrete plan for how you will make this right.

1 starI enrolled with Beyond about a year and a half ago. Everything seemed great at first, with 3 of my 5 debts getting consolidated and payments being made. I got a call 2 months ago stating One of my two remaining debts had escalated to a collection law office and I now owe more than I did when giving my debt to beyond. As you can imagine, I was very upset. They negotiated my debt down only $1500 from the original amount it was and then charged me $3300 in THEIR FEES that I had no idea about. I asked for a statement and have found that they've collected $10k from me and still have not negotiated my last debt, and they allowed the previously mentioned debt to escalate to a lawyer. But don't worry. They got their money, I'm the one left paying the full about while they've done nothing for me.Beyond Finance
