1 starNo communication from them. When you call the 800 # you get a person who works from home and can only see what you see on your dashboard and cannot explain why after six months no credit resolution is close to happening. I was misled by the letter(s) they sent me saying I was eligible for a loan; I was misled that after six months my credit score will start to improve; I was misled that the woman who enrolled me in this program would be available to me for support. My phone rings constantly from my creditors and I have no idea when or if things will get better for me.

3 starsI am on the fence as to whether I want to continue with this or just try something else. I already have a civil summons from one creditor and having to pay way more than originally negotiated. I have two more creditors that still have not even been contacted and keep being told I have to build the funds in my dedicated account. While I'm building funds do I wait for more lawsuits. I am just so upset right now.Beyond Finance
