      Even though my on-time payment history was 100% at the time of enrollment in the program; I was struggling each month to just make the minimum payment due to my creditors. I was never going to get my balances lower at that rate. I needed Beyond Finance. Every team member that I have talked to has been very professional, welcoming, and helpful. The only issue I have had was my largest debt was the second debt settlement offer and while I approved it what I didn't know is that it would deplete the funds that I had built up in my dedicated account to be able to settle more accounts. The fees for settlement are deducted from the dedicated account until paid in full right after a settlement (I thought they would take a portion of the funds until paid in full, not take all funds available until paid in full) and that left no funds for other accounts to be settled. It took six months before my next settlement offer came through in the program and there are absolutely zero funds in my dedicated account. As soon as my deposit hits that money goes to two settlement payments and fees. Not sure when or how the other accounts will get settled. With that said, I am glad I have enrolled in this program, and all my debt will be clear within the next 3 years and that was the goal.
