    They lock you into an agreement that automatically renews and then pretend you don't cancel it when you give them notice. They then continue to threaten and REMOVEDto collect when no additional services were rendered. In addition the service was minimal at best. We ended up moving to a firm that provided a much higher level of service for almost half the cost of Velocity. I do NOT recommend them.
