Snapsheet - who was working on behalf of USAA - severely slowed down and ***** pinched my recent claim and repair for a damaged truck.Once the initial estimate was finally approved and the repairs started, Snapsheet kept kicking back the supplementals for additional damage discovered during the repairs. After almost 2 months of not having my truck, the repair shop calls me to let me know they just need to paint and run a final diagnostic and it would be done; however, the shop told me Snapsheet wanted to total my truck (after it was almost completely repaired) and told the mechanic the payout would be approximately $26,000. This is interesting considering the market value of my truck is between $29,000-30,000.Today, I received a call from the shop saying they needed to install a sensor in the taillight and the hood, they had the parts located, they just needed approval from Snapsheet or USAA ... neither of which they could get a hold of.Bottom line - Snapsheet claims they make the claims and repair process easier for an insurance company. However, since they do not utilize an actual person to evaluate damage, they lack context of repairs and severely elongate the process artificially. Use caution when evaluating an insurance company you may want to sign, see if they use programs like this.

I have been a member of USAA for 19 years and Snapsheet is going to force me to change my insurance company. Their estimates are unrealistic and want to cut corners instead of getting my vehicle back to its previous condition. I would highly advise anyone who has USAA to strongly consider changing companies before they are forced to deal with this third party nonsense.

A claim with USAA for rodent damage took 6 weeks to settle. The claim was $12,000 Snapsheet only allowed $4,000. My car had ***** ************** mgr said under oath he would swear all repairs were the result of rodent damage. I appealed & was immediately paid the full amount.

This company is fraudulent. I have been waiting 3 months for snapsheet to evaluate my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle brand new and was totaled by guest on Turo on my second trip. Snapsheet evaluated my new car to be in average condition before the total when i provided multiple pictures of my vehicle before the accident. Snapsheet informed me that they only evaluate cars to be New Average or below average. I explained to them that my car was above average and not average. My car did not have a single scratch or dent anywhere or mechanical issues. My car did not have any issues what so over before the accident. The car was the same way i purchased it. The car only had **** miles when it was totaled. Snapsheet passed this information over to ************ who writes the estimate using the information provided by Snapsheet. The fact that snapsheet wrote that my car was average condition caused DCI to evaluate my vehicle 12% less then what i initially paid. I then asked DCI how many categories do they use to evaluate the condition of a car. And they informed they have 4 categories New, Above Average, Average, and Below Average. Snapsheet informed me that insurance companies only use New, Average, or Below Average which was false information causing my car to loose a tremendous cash value. Snapsheet must be evaluated. They have cost me 3 months of car payments on a car that was totaled as well as a false evaluation which will take even more time and money to resolve.
