Our corporate group, consisting of multiple affiliated companies under common ownership and management, purchased a total of 17 annual Intercom subscriptions. Each subscription was renewed separately under different affiliated legal entities at a cost of $348 per year, totaling $5,916 across the group.Due to internal policy changes and restructuring at the group level, all affiliated companies discontinued use of the Intercom platform and canceled their respective auto-renewals.A substantial portion of each prepaid annual term remains unused. Each affiliated entity contacted Intercoms support team requesting a prorated refund for the unused portion of its subscription. However, we were informed that the payments are non-refundable.Although the subscriptions were invoiced separately, they were procured and managed under unified group-level decision-making.Retaining a combined total of $5,916 for services that will not be rendered is commercially unreasonable and inconsistent with standard business fairness principles.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with Intercom, we have been unable to obtain a fair resolution.
