  The installation team (a father and son) were polite and very professional. They went about their business and the installation was flawless. They removed all the old windows and any debris and cleaned up what little trash there was. They explained how to operate the new windows and what to do if there is any future issues. ******** was very courteous on the follow up call.

  The warranty service was completed quickly and properly. The technician was excellent and polite. Only problem was the advanced notification of time of arrival did not happen. He arrived on the day but we had no idea of the time.

  Window works did an awesome job, the installers were very professional and friendly, they included me in on each and step of installation if I was needed, very efficient fellas, and lastly, **** was a great help from beginning to end and even stopped by to ensure the job was being performed to my liking, my new windows are sparkling beautiful ??

  Installer arrived at time presented.**** to work right away, first by covering up the floor from the entrance to front door all the way to where the new windows were going to be installed. Removed his shoes each time he re-entered the house.Once he started, he never took a break until he was totally finished and was then removing the covers over the rug.Windows look beautiful, he did a wonderful job.He also showed me how to work the windows to open, close, the safety feature and how easy it is to clean both inside and outside of the windows.Compared to well know brand windows, Window Works out ranks them all. And with full warrentee is a big help too. I highly recommend Window Works to anybody that is searching for good windows. 5/9/2023
