    *** stopped out to repair a worn lock on my window. He was very polite and professional. He repaired it quickly and reviewed what he had done with me to ensure I was satisfied with the repair prior to leaving.This is my 2nd home and 2nd time using Window Works, ***************

    I had 22 windows and 1 slider replaced. The team was very professional, did an awesome job...Highly recommended. If you need new windows, call Window Works and ask for ****, he quoted my windows exactly as I asked. Installation was within 5 weeks just as he promised. Team of guys, ***, and 4 others were awesome, come out the 2nd day to finish the outside. ****** came out to finish a piece of trim, exactly as I needed. When the inspector came out, found 1 minor issue, **** was there within the hour to resolve. So far, I'm very happy with the windows and the team at Window Works!!!!!!

    Had one window with broken glass fixed and a few broken window track latches replaced. *** did a great job, only about an hour and a half and the job was done. I've these windows for over 10 years and I'm truly happy with them.

    Excellent service. Technician (***?) diagnosed my problem immediately and showed me how to prevent further difficulties.Quick in and out. I also appreciate your customer service staff who answer the phone so politely and patiently answer enqueries.

    *** came out to fix two of our screens and two frames. He was punctual, and efficient, and though we were outside of our labor warranty, the price was very fair for the work done.

    Great service during install, **** was very professional but also very friendly, completed job fast. I love my new bay window. Communication to schedule appointments very easy via text messages, both for updates and reminders. Will definitely recommend.

    **** was our service guy, he was very professional and polite. We had some warranty service, He was there maybe five minutes before he had diagnosed the very small issue I had, he fixed it, and was on his way.
