    I had a very pleasant experience with the rep *** that came out and gave me a thorough walk through on the process and what my home would need. The windows are of an impressive level of quality! The process was smooth and the product is excellent. I would recommend to anyone and I will be doing more business with them in the future.

    Terrible! I used them about 10 years ago for another purchase that was fantastic from start to when I moved out of my home several years later. I guess since being bought out everything clearly changed. The sales department wont tell you about how the windows WILL form ice and condensation, will install bowed windows, will not insulate but will come back at least 3-4 times to fix the problems. Best part is they will also state that the consumer doesnt know how to open/close windows claiming it as user error or even better when you as the customer states the draft in the new ********************* is so bad that without any struggle or force can slide a piece of cardstock freely through the window to the outside - which only means air is not only able to get into the house but also leave the house. Not as energy efficient as one would think. They will also send out someone from window company to confirm are these even our windows while showing you that the flame on a lighter is not moving so nothing is wrong. That the ice that is on the frame of the window has nothing to do with the windows themselves so thats not a them problem. Buyer beware, before this purchase I was team Window Works but NEVER again and I just hope that consumers see this before deciding to go with is product.

    Very impressed with WindowWorks from the salesperson ****, to ********, and **** who tended to my problem with my previous install of my patio door. He also, at the same time took the measurements for the installation of the final window for my home..Everyone was very professional and courteous to boot. I had previous installations of windows and a patio door. My contacts in ALL my dealings with WindowWorks was excellent.

    I want to tell the facts how the project was done, how the received windows look like and how the installation goes and how the company treat its customer.1. I have ordered a total of ************************ and 1 sliding door. It comes with 1 wrong order, supposed to be slider but comes in as picture window. 1 window was missing the screens.2. A lot of debris can be found along the track of the windows and even within the glass. The black innner sealant within the glass was not installed consistently with wavy patterns.3. 2 of the windows that were newly installed are missing parts for proper insulation and almost all windows feels drafty. I asked for an appointment and yet to hear back from them on the schedule.4. The outside window trim and board was scratched and the paint were off. No communication about it was made to me and the sales and measure tech promised me about no cosmetic damage I need to be worried about before signing the contract..Yet I was left with the ugly scratched window trim. After all the above facts, I wanna share how their customer service treated me.1. I called about the scratched paint issue. They denied it was caused due to the installation. They insisted that it was caused due to my old window was caulked to the trim and the contract does not cover any damage like that. Seriously?! My old window cannot move by itself. And if the damage can be communicated before and even on the day of the installation, I would not be this mad. 2. I was not happy with the window quality itself as I stated above. I called and expressed my concerns and if any certifications can be provided that the windows are passing all the checks. The manager replied that I was the first ever customer questioned about this and there is nothing she can provide to show the windows were made to the standard.What makes a company is not how many nice reviews they get, it's about how they help and think for the customers when issues happened.

    --We would not recommend to others because the install has been a hassle. We purchased in late September and now (mid-Jan) after 3 appointments, its still not all correct.--Our "amazing install team" was 1 non-English speaking worker that left things a mess. We picked Window Works because our sales rep said they didn't contract out jobs and were renowned for their installers, so this was very disappointing.--Contrary to the sales pitch, the installer refused to change any rotten wood uncovered. BUT then the door measurements were incorrect and the door was too big. He had to change some wood to fit it in. He did this without communicating with us at all.--The installed door had a large scratch, black marks and a paint defect on the handle. It was hard to slide and close. We had a second appointment to get parts replaced and adjusted on the brand new door. The trim was also supposed to be painted this day, but the tech said he didn't do that and we'd need another appointment.--Contrary to the sales pitch, the white trim installed around the door was only primed and we were told we needed to paint it. After complaining, they agreed to paint it. This was supposed to be done at the 2nd appointment, but required a 3rd. We showed the painter a locking problem. He said he couldn't fix it but would let the office know. I also sent a message about the lock problem to the office.--A manager was supposed to come to the 2nd visit, but couldn't due to a conflict. He said he'd follow up after and come out if still needed. We haven't heard from him after either appointment and I havent heard back from the office about the lock yet.Overall, its been really disappointing for such an expensive purchase. Most the employees are really nice, but it feels like a bait and switch compared to what our sales rep told us our experience would be like.

    Called to have windows realigned. **************** was very friendly and polite. *** was the technician that came to my house. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He finished the adjustments to the windows that were sagging in a timely manner. We had to adjust 11 windows and was finished in about an hour. **********
