      Awful company. Cancelled on us 5 times. The last day, the only reason we knew about the cancellation was because I called them 3 times to find out where the technician was. They say all the right things on the phone well escalate your account, guarantee that youll have someone out today, blah blah blah.Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

      This was the worst experience we have ever had. Purchased a swing set in April 2021 and it was finally finished in October 2022! Over the 18 months there were multiple appointments set with no shows or a call when they were supposed to have been there to say they need to reschedule after taking off from work multiple times. I had to call the company multiple times for any updates they never call you. I had spoke with the manager multiple times still nothing was ever resolved. Never had the same tech over the time until the last 2 months when I said I would hire an attorney. Many parts ordered and delivered to our home that were incorrect over the time. I called after it was finally completed for some sort of refund of $1000 installation and was told it was not their issue it was the swing set company. Would not even acknowledge all the issues with customer service and their techs. I would not use this company for anything! I am giving them 1 start because it makes me choose a star rating.
