      GoConfigure is a useless organization hired by *******. Bowflex needs to do better in contracting with third parties to fulfill their obligations. I've wasted my time the last two days after receiving CONFIRMED appointments to put my equipment together. First of all, the third party contractor, "Go Configure" hires other contractors but cant control the people they hire! The contractors don't call ahead, and don't communicate that they wont be attending a scheduled appointment. Two days in a row, I've had to call GoConfigure, speak to complete idiots and result in absolutely nothing other than further aggrevation. I spent $169 for an in home assembley. The equiment has been sitting in my home for over 12 days. Don't waste your time buying from any organization that uses GoConfigure to install/set up your equipment.I have requested assistance in getting the email addresses or phone numbers of supervisors in this organization but the last customer service guy said he cannot give me any information. Please, do yourself a favor and train your people. They are absolutely useless individuals. I get it, you're too cheap to hire actual employees, but you should because your independent contractors are ****** the reputation of your business. I look forward to writing abut my experience with GoConfigure on other social media sites.While I gave a 1 star rating, GoConfigure actually doesn't deserve any stars! If I could give no stars, I would. I see that GoConfigure has a very low BBB rating- of which they deserve. People should be wary of this scam organization and avoid it at all costs.

      This is an awful company and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. They assembled our Gazebo and after reading the instructions and watching the videos it took them 10 hours and still got it wrong. I assembled the same gazebo 4 years ago and it took me three days by myself and this crew had three people. It took me a whole day to fix their mistakes and I had to put on plates that they had totally left off, correct the placement of beams and other hardware. The Gazebo is great but they obviously have no clue what they are doing.

      This company is a joke! I bought a Gazebo and Cabana from Backyard Discovery and prepaid for the assembly and have been trying to get Go Configure to install for months. I finally got a scheduled appointment today, which was confirmed the day before but today no one showed up. No call, text, email or nothing. Finally an hour after the 4-hour window I called and was told because it was too hot the installer could not work. The day before the scheduled appointment it was hotter! Why confirm the day before knowing it would be just as hot the next day. Very unprofessional. In addition, I had to call to find out what was going on and attempted to reschedule and was told that someone would call me back within 24-hours, I've heard this a half-of-dozen times. I'm not sure why Backyard Discovery would contract with such an incompetent company with horrible customer service and follow through. This seems like a good business model and ripe for a competitor to take over their business because they suck! It would be easier than taking candy from a baby!! Save your time and energy and use another business.
