      I bought this ****** about a month ago, and I must say that I finally was able to enjoy my Gazebo today. That's correct, today. I really enjoy the quality of the Gazebo, however, I am very frustrated with the third party (GoConfigure) assembly services. Initially, GoConfigure sent two staff to build it. One member of the team was very punctual, meticulous in building their portion of the project. The other members were not efficient in their techniques. The team took two days to build it. Also, I provided specific instructions on the exact placement of my Gazebo. They placed the Gazebo in another spot. One half of the rooftop seemed to be loose as well as several brackets were missing. I found a bracket in the grass. Perhaps, it was left there because they were working very late into thenight. One of the legs protrude outward and was not standing straight up. The electrical box was not assembled. Screws for the anchor and other screws were missing as well. Lastly, the staff informed me that they charged extra to include the anchor in place. Although I was promised that they would return on a third day, I never heard back at all. I reached out to their project manager, **** on several occasions. He informed me that he was very busy and would call me back but he did not. I called their dispatcher, ********, with KCT, contracted with GoConfigure, and she informed me that they would come to my home to fix the problem. They did not show up or call. Although I paid for assembly, the project was not completed. I am very displeased and urge anyone to not agree to get their Gazebo assembled through GoConfigure, you've been warned.

      Rude tech.
      Had an attitude walking up the driveway.
      Went to show him were the gazebo was to go. Told me I needed to move everything before I even showed him
      Nothing was in the way. It was to go over an existing hot tub absolutly nothing within 20' of it except the house. He said he couldnt do it over the hot tub. Which you guys said wasnt an issue. When we scheduled.
      He said it wouldnt fit
      The unit was a 12'14. The hot tub is 7'4" square.
      Said he couldnt do it. Got pissy and walked off.
      The others who called back must have been greatly lied to.
      Nothing they said was true.
      First one said we didnt have plywood for him to walk on? I have plywood in my shed. He never asked. Next one said we had garbage all over the area...first it wasnt garbage, it was a seat, a grill, and some other lawn items, but it was not near the area.
      I wouldnt recommend you to put together a tinker toy
      Mr. Rude boy doesnt do your business any good will.
      When a customer says hello. The reply is hello.
      Not wheres the work being done
      Doesnt matter now. Sent the product back to sams club.
      I will make sure they know his rudeness.

      I wish I had looked at their reviews before paying them my money. Lies, lies, and more lies. Has anyone had any luck getting them to follow through? I was initially told I would get a call within two days to be scheduled and that it would be installed within two to four weeks. It took two weeks to get an appt date, and only after I called them numerous times. I was going to wait another three weeks for the installation date. Three weeks go by, and guess what? I got the confirmation today for the installation of a grill gazebo tomorrow. Oh, but wait, I'm called to say the technician has a "sprained ankle" and wouldn't be able to make tomorrow's appt, but would be here next Friday. What about the other poor soul who had next Friday booked? Ok, so what are the odds the technician will be here next Friday? I'm not holding my breath. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY!!! YOU'LL GET NOTHING BUT LIES!!!

      I am now at 2 MONTHS waiting to have a Gazebo set up by these "technicians".It remains in boxes in the garage.The product was bought at *********************** and I paid in full for delivery and set up. I trusted ***'s Club to be associated with a reputable company to set up their products but obviously they are just as clueless as "Go Configure" who left me confirmation this past Friday that they would finally arrive the following day Saturday between 8am and noon and never showed up and never bothered to let me know or reschedule.Who are these "Go Configure" people any way? How are they even in business and most of all WHY do huge companies like ***'s Club and ********** even contract out to them?Now as another customer complained, we will have to find somebody locally to set this up and I can only imagine trying to get the $ already paid BACK from ***'s Club for the failed installation.There should be legal action initiated against Go Configure and every retailer contracting out for their "services".ASJ

      Bought a swing set from **** Club to have it assembled April 13th. It is now May 23rd and the guy never showed up to the appointment today. My kids have looked at boxes of their swing set for 5 weeks now, when we were guaranteed it to be put together within 2 weeks. Awful service, awful company. Nothing but lies and excuses. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sending all of this to the BBB and everyone else with issues should too.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. They lie about scheduling and yank you around. After 20 phone calls and finally having an appointment still another 3 weeks out, they cancelled late afternoon the day before they were to come out, They said that within 48 business hours they would call us back with a POSSIBLE date and technician. They could not find anyone within a 3 hour radius of our major city to install a pergola kit. We have had the boxes in ********** now for a month and will have to find someone to install it locally. Then I have to try and get my installation fee back. We were told when we bought it, that once delivered we would receive a call and scheduled install promptly, but we always had to call them. I guess the one star that I had to give them would be they were always polite while they lied to me.

      I HOPE you are reading these reviews BEFORE you give these very unprofessional losers any of your money!Home Depot uses them as their go to for installations.This company sets appointments and then never shows, and when I tried to call them, their voicemail was full so you couldnt even leave a message, so I texted them and got a very rude and unprofessional response.I truly do not know how they are in business at all!Luckily, I got my money back from American Express.I do not recommend this company.

      Wow - just read all these reviews! How are these people still in business? I paid a $50 down payment to have Go Configure make an appointment to service my Horizon Elliptical. Here's how it went:1. Called and gave Go Configure $50 to set up an appointment based on Horizon Elliptical's recommendation 2. Got a robo call about a week later setting the appointment time which I confirmed 3. Took the day off because of the service range of **** 4. Received 2 emails and 1 robo call reminding me of the appointment 4. At 1:45pm, I called the Go Configure to find out when the tech was arriving - was told within the hour and I would get a 30 min lead time phone call before arrival 5. At 2:45pm, I got a phone call. The tech had a flat tire and NO spare. ****************) was waiting on Triple A to help.6. Was told it was going to be another hour 7. At 4:47pm, I called again. The lady that answered didn't know anything about the tech's problems but apologized for the non-communication. 8. The Go Configure Rep called the tech but go no answer. 9. She promised me a phone call either way; whether the tech was still coming or needed to reschedule 10. Never heard another peep that day.11. Waited all day (the next day) for a phone call from Go Configure with an apology and a reschedule; didn't get one.I will be trying to get my money back from Go Configure and then I am going to Horizon Elliptical who sent me to Go Configure for the repairs.Stay far, far away from these people and don't give them any money up front!

      Wish I had read the reviews before calling for a Pergola installation!! I paid $450 a week ago and havent heard anything since! The rep says to allow 5 days which is ridiculous. Im regretting making the advance payment. Sounds like Im headed for frustration!

      Awful company. Ive had to call this company multiple times to try to schedule assembly for my swingset that was already paid for. Multiple times I was promised phone calls back and it never happened. I was told the technician lives 133 miles away from me and it would take two days to do. Its almost as if they didnt want to do the job. Its also not my problem, Ive paid for a service it should be completed. I called this morning and canceled asking for a refund and now I have to contact the swingset company. So again I am being inconvenienced because of this companys lack of professionalism and efficiency.
