I have been with State Farm for over 15 years. My agent has been great and I have not had any issues with service.

We have been with State Farm insurance for both our cars and houses for over 30 years. We recently made a claim for our house. We are over two months waiting for them to figure it out. They have switched the Agents 3 different times and none of the adjusters have contacted us to let us know where they were with the claim. The last person who was assigned to our case was rude and demeaning with us. We are senior citizens and have never been treated with such disrespect. Kapri *********** was not only rude to us but to all the contractors that tried to work with her. Meanwhile we have been living with a hole in our roof and open walls in our house for over 2 months. Our bedroom gets a draft from the bathroom and is very cold. I’m am so disappointed with this company

I have been a State Farm for almost 15 years. First let me say, my agent is absolutely amazing. He is very kind and patient. However, my kitchen flooded on 10/23. I called to file a claim and after almost two weeks, a company came out to tear out floor and dry my subfloor. Now that the subfloor is dry, I have not heard anything from my claims adjuster or the service company. I have no stove and very limited way to prepare food. Feeding my family with microwavable items and fast food is not ideal and expensive. Currently I am nearly out of money and food and I am not able to get reimbursed as I was told. After this ordeal is finished...if it is ever finished, I may be changing insurance companies.

I was insured by State Farm Insurance for several years (home owners, 3 vehicles, an RV). I never had a claim against them until this year. An ice dam formed on my roof during the winter and damaged the composite shingles. I filed a claim and they rejected it several times. Do not buy insurance from State Farm!!!

THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. Christy, a manager I spoke with, from the claims department was EXTREMLY rude. Every time I called for information about my claim, they spoke to me like I was a child. They did not seem interested in helping me. They even told me, "We don't believe our client caused that much damage to your vehicle." When it came time for my vehicle to get fixed, State Farm PROMISED to get me a vehicle similar to my 4WD SUV. I went to get the vehicle and they put me in a tiny car that was not compatible for my family, and I was told "We don't pay for anything larger then a compact car." Fast forward, my vehicle is "Fixed", however, after all the money they spent on the damages and the rental car, State Farm could have paid my vehicle off twice! I don't understand why they didn't total it out in the first place. Oh Yeah! State Farm doesn't care about anybody, unless you purchase insurance from them.
      Hey State Farm! YOU ****!!!

HORRIBLE. YOU HAVE TO CALL 100XS TO FOLLOWUP ON EVERYTHING ON YOUR CLAIM EVEN WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT FAULT. THERE IS NOT DIRECT CONTACT PERSON IT'S ALWAYS A DIFFERENT PERSON . THIS ISURANCE IS A NIGHTMARE!! I WILL DEFINITELY CHANGE ON THE COMING YEAR.

State Farm in ******* ****** ******** is horrible. They changed owners and have gone downhill ever since. Our family has 6 adults insured through them for 8+ years and everyone is ready to leave the entire company.

I am not insured through State Farm luckily, but I have had the worse ongoing experience with them. My car was totaled by an individual who is insured through them and they did admit fault. My insurance unfortunately was not going to take the claim because the other person admitted fault and they wanted me to go through State Farm for them to handle the claim. My S/O who was driving gave State Farm his statement of what happened. They call back within 20 minutes or so to say that they determined it was my s/o’s fault, EVEN THOUGH THIER INSURED ADMITTED FAULT. I asked how they can determine it was his fault when their insured bypassed a stop sign and pulled out in front of oncoming traffic causing an accident. The lady’s response was she didn’t look at the documents, but was reading what came to her. We told her would get the police statement proving it was the other persons fault. She asked us to give her a few minutes and she would call us back. After calling us back she tried to “laugh off” the situation and apologized stating she went through the documents and seen where it was their drivers fault. She wasn’t even going to set us up with a rental until we said something, didn’t even spell my name right, and lied to us about having the rental ready when ********** didn’t have any vehicles to rent out. I had to call several different places and drive an hour way just to get a rental. I have had to continuously call to get updates on my vehicle. They also “didn’t have my information stored to get into contact with me after determining my vehicle was totaled.” Which is WILD because I have given them my information SEVERAL times and so did my s/o. They have dragged their feet to do ANYTHING all the while I am without a vehicle because I couldn’t keep the rental any longer. They are not consistent on what they tell you and you can never talk to the same person. I am still currently dealing with them after almost THREE months. STATE FARM IS NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR!

Had an accident in my 2021 BMW 330i and STATEFARM tells the shop that is working on my vehicle that the insurance company wants the shop to use junk yard parts to fix the damages on a new vehicle.
STATEFARM is a major insurance company that just displayed that quality of service they provide. This is the worst experience i have ever had with any insurance company. The ought to be ashamed pf themselves and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this insurance company to anyone.
