      I signed up for a meal plan kit. I saw that the meals had a lot of carbs even though they said they did not. Minutes after I signed up, I cancelled. What I found out is that the first box had to be manually cancelled. They planned to send it to me anyway - full of carbs!! By the time I realized this, it was too late to cancel. I had to escalate my situation to get a refund. It seemed deceptive to me.

      I used Factor Meals once before and enjoyed their subscription but decided to unsubscribe due to the cost being too expensive for me. I received a promo code in the mail so I simply logged into my account, which was not active for some time, and by doing that, it apparently reactivated the account. I did not, at any point, authorize a transaction, confirm an order, or request to reactive a membership. I additionally did not receive an email, text message, or any other form of communication that advised that the subscription was reactivated or that an order was confirmed. I solely noticed a charge on my account and upon calling, was advised that the order could not be canceled as it was already confirmed with their distributor/warehouse.Factor used deceptive business practices to remove unauthorized funds from my account in exchange for an order that I did not authorize and upon calling, I was advised that I could not cancel an order or be refunded for an order that I never authorized.What I thought was a really great company is indeed, not due to the quality of their product, but to their deceptive business practices.

      In order to look at the meals, you need to enter credit card information. I never confirmed an order.They charged my credit card. Dubious practice, there should be a confirmation tab when subscribing for a subscription. I was never made aware that I was confirming a subscription.

      After waiting on hold for over an hour listening to a recording saying my wait time would be 10 minutes, even after 40 minutes went by, I decide to continue with my desire to file this complaint with the BBB. I am requesting a billing adjustment of $119.30 due to the issue detailed below and the attached email receipt I received for my first order through Factor75. We (****) received a mailer promotion through Factor75. It was intriguing so we went online to explore the details. Online we entered some personal information including credit card information and selected specific meals and placed them in our cart for possible purchase. We never pressed a Buy Now type button. Surprisingly we received two boxes of frozen meals about 5 days later. We have seen similar complaints on Reddit, etc. of others stating they had received a product without confirming they wanted to purchase. Immediately we went back to the factor75 website to see what happened as we were not expecting a shipment. Online, and also via email, we saw an order placed with a total value of $51.70. Attached is the email and/or photo of that order with the total expected to pay clearly identified. And what future orders would cost. Since we felt we never actually joined this subscription service we immediately cancelled our subscription not wanting any additional shipments and accepting the one we received while paying the $51.70. Fast forward less than two weeks and we receive our credit card bill and a charge for $171.00 (even, no cents - suspicious) from Factor75. After unsuccessfully speaking with a chat bot, a person on chat, and never getting through to an actual person on the phone, we needed to request what is rightfully ours, because of deceptive, difficult and trickery means, through the BBB website. Email receipt is uploaded. Additional documentation is available. We are requesting $119.30 of our overpayment.

      A prepared meal kit was received 2 days late from Factor and contents were of poor quality/ sweating and moist. The meals included in the package were incorrect and the quantity was wrong (2 missing). I asked for a full refund and was offered half (not yet received). I noted health and safety concerns and was not given the full refund at that time either though the product was not edible and not what I ordered.

      I ordered Factor on August 16, 2025 and canceled the very next day on August 17, 2025, I received an email stating it was canceled and yet my credit card was charged $51.96 on August 20, 2025. I have attached the email from Factor stating it was canceled on August 17, 2025.I called Factor on August 20, 2025 and spoke with **** who explained I was supposed to call if I wanted it canceled the next day and I explained to **** that I did not know this, I canceled according to how they expect customers to cancel which they explain only by which device you are going to use to cancel, ie. computer, tablet, phone, etc. **** explained that my account is canceled, that I would receive a refund and if I receive the shipment, keep it. I asked if she would send a confirmation of this cancellation, she said she would and she has not sent a confirmation as promised. This is a horrible, stressful company to deal with and the attorney general will be contacted about the ethical business practices of this company. I would like my refund of $51.96 as soon as possible.Thank you,***** **********

      I paused my subscription Factor turned it back on without notice and the product was shipped even after I called to stop the order. I rejected the delivery but was still charged. I want my $281.86 back.

      Meals have been late for the last 4 weeks, 1 day late for 3 of them and 2 days late this time. Each day late is 2 meals I can't use, so that's a total of 10 meals. I also can't reduce the number of meals at that point because no changes can be made after the previous Wednesday. I received a $10 credit toward a future order after I spent a few minutes chatting with their AI, which is less than the cost of 1 meal. I would like a refund, not a credit, because I'm likely canceling my subscription after I receive my order this week. I spent ***** minutes waiting for an agent in the chat on their website earlier today, but had to go back to work. I tried to call and couldn't continue any longer after 20 minutes waiting for someone. I called again and spent 83 minutes waiting for an agent, then was disconnected (in my house the whole time, never lost service).

      My issues with Factor are for the past four weeks deliveries leading up to the current delivery date of 8/18/25. Ive been a customer for almost two years! First week the order was delayed a day for no apparent reason. The second week the delivery had incorrect meals. Third week the order had incorrect meals. The most current week my order was delayed AND two of my meals were incorrect when it finally arrived. Reaching customer service is a joke. Wait times are excessive and always exceed the time given. When you do reach someone they are of no help and give little to no explanation and worthless credits. The third party courier is unsafe and unprofessional. Boxes arrive in a regular car by regular people wearing everyday clothes. When I asked why my box went from being out for delivery to not arriving I asked where my box went. I asked if they took it home! I was told it was taken back to the warehouse. I asked what warehouse? I was told a warehouse in the town I live in. So my box could make it back to a warehouse in my town but not my house? I was given a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I asked for a free box! When my meals arrived and they were wrong I reached out again to customer service only to hear the wait time was an hour and 45 minutes!! I think there is only one person answering the phones. I sent an email to the chief executive that Im sure I wont hear back from. They need better service, better shipping, and a customer loyalty program.

      I was lend to believe I was cancelling Factor Meal prep delivery service. I set up delivery and cancelled with in 10 minutes. I received a $1 cancelation refund one day afterwards. Then 2 days later a confirmation email. I got a delivery notification for a day that I did not originally set one week later because I am out of town on that day. I was charged for food that will be spoil because I was not expecting delivery. Factor prep is a scam and has poor customer service. Call wait time is minimal a hour
