      We received a boc from this company to out home address with the name ****** **** on the box with a bad phone number.We do NOT have a account with this company and have NEVER ordered anything from FACTOR.WE need the company factor to STOP uing our address illegally with other customer name they have on file.We need them to STOP sending us food we have not ordered now...

      Wanted to see what meal options were available for Factor 75. In order to see the meal options you are required to enter your credit card information. I entered my information reviewed the meals, modified some of the meal options. Then looked at the nutrition facts and decided the meals were not for me. I canceled my subscription at 6AM on 9/2/25. The cut off to the weeks order was set to 11:59PM on 9/2/25. The company still charged my credit card after I canceled the plan. I called customer service and they refuse to refund my credit card, stating that because I enrolled I am automatically required to pay for the first order. I am including screenshots of the email proving that I canceled before the cut-off ************ This is predatory behavior from this company!

      I purchased a gift card for $150 from factor's website that was good for a promotional value of $150 to be used for food from Factor. I tried using the code 8/26/25, it worked at that time and was applied to the order, however I did not check out or complete the purchase. I tried using the code again 9/3/25 and was noted that the code expired. The code did not come with an expiration date. On the phone, they mentioned there was nothing they could do once the code expired. They acknowledged that the codes typically expire within 3-6 months, but there is no expiration date on the codes. This does not make sense as the code initially worked 9 months following purchase, in addition to the lack of listed expiration date.

      This company must be investigated. They offer promotions that are misleading to the point of fraudulent. For example: theyll offer complimentary meals to join, then once you've provided your payment info and you realize the only way to claim meals is to pay more than youre willing to, theyll s**** you by automatically enrolling you in repeated deliveries and charge you for additional meals. Then when you dispute the charges they fight back! What scum

      I ordered a single box from factor using a discount code from the company directly to try the meals for a week. There was no information of a subscription and the price was $70. They signed me up for a weekly delivery without my consent at $117. I did not agree to this and my account is now overdrawn. **************** did nothing and said they could not stop a delivery from happening 6 days from now.

      Signed up for Factor Meals from Ad on ********, for me and my husband. Ad said I could cancel at any time, so thought, no risk! Thought I would get an email confirmation, letting me know about the Subscription. Got Nothing! Box arrived Aug 19, and when I unpacked, Tofu meals were in the box. We don't eat Tofu. Wasn't in the Ad description of the meals, so called and canceled the Subscription, Aug 21. Had to search for a phone #? Got Subscription canceled. Cust Svc person said I was getting another Box. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Investigating now. FACTOR continues to try to charge on my credit card. All declined. Driver tried to deliver another Box on Aug 26, and we refused delivery. Got Text, going to try to delivery again today!

      Last week I went on Factor's website to look at the type of meals they offer. After looking at the meals and seeing that they did not look good to me I left the website without ordering anything. Last night in the middle of the night i find that they charged my credit card and 3 days prior had sent me boxes of food. I have no idea why they sent me food or charged me. They deceiving customers by not making it clear at all that you are ordering something. They said they are going to do the same thing to me this week!

      I signed up for a meal plan kit. I saw that the meals had a lot of carbs even though they said they did not. Minutes after I signed up, I cancelled. What I found out is that the first box had to be manually cancelled. They planned to send it to me anyway - full of carbs!! By the time I realized this, it was too late to cancel. I had to escalate my situation to get a refund. It seemed deceptive to me.

      I used Factor Meals once before and enjoyed their subscription but decided to unsubscribe due to the cost being too expensive for me. I received a promo code in the mail so I simply logged into my account, which was not active for some time, and by doing that, it apparently reactivated the account. I did not, at any point, authorize a transaction, confirm an order, or request to reactive a membership. I additionally did not receive an email, text message, or any other form of communication that advised that the subscription was reactivated or that an order was confirmed. I solely noticed a charge on my account and upon calling, was advised that the order could not be canceled as it was already confirmed with their distributor/warehouse.Factor used deceptive business practices to remove unauthorized funds from my account in exchange for an order that I did not authorize and upon calling, I was advised that I could not cancel an order or be refunded for an order that I never authorized.What I thought was a really great company is indeed, not due to the quality of their product, but to their deceptive business practices.

      In order to look at the meals, you need to enter credit card information. I never confirmed an order.They charged my credit card. Dubious practice, there should be a confirmation tab when subscribing for a subscription. I was never made aware that I was confirming a subscription.
