      "Pleased and delighted" only begin to describe my customer experience with ********************** during my entry door project. From the product selection process with my sales representative through the skilled installation, they were meticulous and professional whether letting me know my customer options, keeping me abreast of the project progress. Upon delivery the installer nimbly worked out a solution for some hidden structural issues that emerged during the installation process leaving a seamless and beautiful appearance. Next Door and Window delivered both high quality product and service and it is clear that they value the work that they perform. Customers truly benefit from their approach.

      Replaced all windows in house (including custom) and one door. Excellent customer service, very clear communication around price, expectations, and timeline, and expert installation and product. Highly recommend.

      I asked for a quote on replacing 2 doors in Nov 2023. The company representative *****, after some delays, came on Sunday 12/10/23, measured the doors and assured me that the quote will be emailed within 24 hours. It is now 2 months later and I did not get the quote yet. I texted a few times with ******* from **************** who asked me to check the Junk folder, still nothing after 2 months. It is true, I did not pay anything but this is not nice.Very disappointing!

      I purchased and new entry door with lock assembly in 2021. Recently the deadbolt lock cylinder completely fell out rendering the lock in operatable on 01/20/23 (Deadbolt still under warranty). A locksmith had to be called out to gain entry into the house and subsequently replaced the deadbolt cylinder. I contacted Next Door & Window during normal business hours and was told I would have to contact the lock manufacture as they only sold and installed the product. After some conversation with the phone agent, they agreed to contact the lock manufacture. I sent an email with all requested information to the agent. Since sending the email I have not been contacted or updated. When I called back, I was advised they had not record of me calling. I have purchased two doors and windows from Next Door and Window over the past 20 years. It's evident Next Door and Window is not committed to customer service anymore.

      I am thrilled with my new windows. From the purchase to the installation, everything went really well. I was informed during the waiting period of where they were in regard to my installation process. They installed the windows, and cleaned up any mess, both inside and outside. The windows exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

      I purchased custom arched, casements & some awning windows for the front of my home and although the window from ****** are amazing, the customer service from Next Door *********************** has been poor!1) The windows were originally scheduled for a 6 month wait. When that time arrived I wasn't contacted to give me a status until I called 2 weeks later to find there was further delay of 2 more months.2) The capping installed on the top window has a shifted in appearance. I informed during the install and they said they'd come back and repair. I even had the rep out to spec a new front door (I loved the window) and he saw the issue as well, well no one has showed nor called to arrange repair as it's been 4weeks and I sent an email complaint.3) I sent an email of frustration 3 days ago. Well no response with a status of the items to be repaired. 4) The screen was slightly damaged on one of the casement windows, now isn't this something a window establishment should review before install. Well I saw this and reported and they agreed to fix. The 2nd installer who came without a ladder to repair the capping issue as promised when the remaining windows were being installed, then obtained the screen as I set up with the service department for repair. Well almost 2 weeks passed so I called for a status. They inform the person lost (threw out I believe) my frame to the screen so now they had to re-order the frame to insert the screen. Well its been over 4 weeks and no screen therefore I can't leave my window open for fresh air.For me after the Next Door and Window price this follow-up I am performing is not what I expect. I am no longer going to this establishment to replace my remaining windows nor to purchase the door. Totally unacceptable! When I review all the fabulous reviews I expected the same outcome and treatment. Disappointed, but the windows do look great.
