      So happy to have bought my windows. We did look at other vendors but fell in love with the ****** windows. Next Door & Windows were the best. From sale person to project manager to installers. All very very professional and helpful if I had questions. I recommend them for service and quality. They will be my go to place for sure for my other window replacement project.

      The wait for the slider was about 3 weeks longer than expected and the interior door frame wasnt finished as I expected.

      We ordered windows over 6 months ago, after being pursued almost weekly by the salesman. Installment of the windows was delayed due to mistakes in the order and manufacturing process. Installment was done and the largest window was the incorrect order. When we brought this up to salesman I was told that I needed to admit that this mistake was due to miscommunication between my spouse and I which was hugely incorrect. My husband and I were clear in our order. Now theyre having to reorder a new window to be installed. Its been over a month, barely any updates we dont know when this will be over with. Now we are being contacted by finance to make payments on a window job that hasnt even been completed. This whole process has been a massive headache. The company is now asking us to start paying on a job that hasnt been completed.
