      Misrepresentation by multiple employees on Energy **** efficiency eligibility.

      We apologize for the misunderstanding on this matter and we have reached out to the client and explained the discrepancy. We have also provided an agreeable resolution to the client's grievances. All our windows are Energy Star Rated and Certified. The ****** and the ****************** had the Annual Rebate criterion set to an U Factor of .30 for the whole nation until tax year 2019. Then the rebate was discontinued. Recently in the Inflation Reduction Act, the Windows/Doors Tax Rebate was re-introduced - but the Rebate Criterion was changed. The current program does not issue a rebate for ********** Star Rated windows any more. To receive a total of $600 per household per year rebate, they require homeowners to purchase Energy Star's Most Efficient category of glass packs in their windows. These make the windows have a lower U Factor but also makes the windows significantly darker. Moreover, a Triple pane option can possibly qualify for this. Making the windows heavier and operationally worse. Not to mention it costs more to get those solutions We do apologize for failing to clearly communicate the Rebate conditions.
