      I feel that Next Door & Window does a wonderful job from the sales department to the crew doing the installation of the new windows.Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the product and installation. Over the years I have heard the sales representatives with the host of a local morning radio station in ***********, so I gave them a call. The windows I had were over 36 years old, single pane, with storm windows that were falling apart. I could feel the cold air coming through the gaps. That plus safety concerns made it time to replace them. I contacted two other window companies in the area. I chose Next Door and Windows because I felt they offer the best window product, ****** Infinity *************************** that they are installed, I don't feel any drafts, the place feels warmer, and I don't hear as much of the street traffic below me.

      NEXT Door & Window is a great company I would recommend to anyone looking for quality professional service, products, and installations.They assisted us in replacing our kitchen windows before it got to cold. The new windows look great and the installation crew were professional and fast.

      Thank you to the staff of Next Door and Window for making this project a pain-free experience. From the initial visit with ***** *** to the last nail in the frame with the installation team, each contact was efficient, friendly and reassuring that it would be a smooth process. The workers were careful to protect my furniture and property, and the cleanup was impressive. I really like my new windows and patio doors and I am happy to recommend the company to prospective customers.

      I couldn't be happier than when I decided to buy windows from Next Door and Window. From the moment I called to get an estimate to the moment the installers left I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. At every step of the process I was informed of the status of my project. When I say informed I mean they initiated the contact. That is a level of service you don't often get. The installers worked quickly with a no nonsense approach and the quality of the windows is even better than what the sales *** provided. I have a few more windows I need ***laced and I know where I will buy them. Thanks Next Window and Door for the great service and a great product.

      I purchased and new entry door with lock assembly in 2021. Recently the deadbolt lock cylinder completely fell out rendering the lock in operatable on 01/20/23 (Deadbolt still under warranty). A locksmith had to be called out to gain entry into the house and subsequently replaced the deadbolt cylinder. I contacted Next Door & Window during normal business hours and was told I would have to contact the lock manufacture as they only sold and installed the product. After some conversation with the phone agent, they agreed to contact the lock manufacture. I sent an email with all requested information to the agent. Since sending the email I have not been contacted or updated. When I called back, I was advised they had not record of me calling. I have purchased two doors and windows from Next Door and Window over the past 20 years. It's evident Next Door and Window is not committed to customer service anymore.
