    On May28th, on the smooth relief website, I ordered 2 pairs of compression socks with a 70% discount. I noticed that if I ordered more compression socks, a further discount would be applied so I ordered 2 more pairs. I then proceeded to fill out mailing information but the system kept telling me that my address was not valid. I decided to get out of this order and try again, but only ordering the original 2 pair of socks, however the system would not allow this. I was stuck in the address screen. The only thing I could do is to X out of the website.I had no idea if an order went through or not until this morning when my ****** account revealed 3 invoices that were submitted for payment in the amount of $38.91, $27.71 and $6.93.I would like to pay for the original 2 pairs of compression socks, with the 70% discount applied, plus tax, shipping and handling. I would then like to be refunded for two pairs at the discounted price plus tax and shipping and handling charges. If by chance I do receive the order (see invalid address issue above) and there are more than the 2 pairs of socks in the package, I will be happy to return the extra pairs.Thank you for your review and response to my request. Unfortunately this has been a frustrating experience for me.

    I placed an order at 9:48 am on Friday May 31. When the charge for the order was far more than I expected, I immediately tried to cancel the order. The cancellation was processed at 10:35 am. I also sent multiple emails (at 10:35 am and 3:26 pm). These were all within the 12-hour cancellation window (see the photos attached). On Monday June 2, I received an email saying cancellation was not possible because the order was packed and on its way. This looks like a scam.

    ordered $17 in sox, immediately order was changed to $70 by subterfuge. This business is a well-engineered scam, multiple entities, no actual recourse for the scammed customer. I see hundreds of complaints the last 2 years of exactly this theft by subterfuge .

    I ordered 4 pair of neuropathy socks. I paid $43.03 for them which included tax. I got the package today with 6 pair in it do i tried to reach them but could not. They hide. I checkrd my bank statement and saw the had deducted $43.03 plus another for $65.46 I want my $65.46 returned.

    I was reviewing a pop up ad for diabetic socks. I selected the $14.94 single pair and was charged for 6 pair at $79.94. I immediately canceled the order before it completed the process and payment charged and the company processed it anyway. I reached out to the support link and have been ignored. I submitted a request for return and refund and have been ignored. This thief and want a full refund to include shipping

    On May 23, 2025, I saw an ad online for compression socks and was checking the ones that were on the soothrelieve website. I was looking at the price and it added items to the cart. I gave my credit card information but did not order because items were added and I did not want to order anything. I clicked on No to everything and did not complete the order but after all of the No boxes were checked, it completed the order anyway and said order confirmed. I did not confirm the order. I do not want the items and there is no way to contact the company. Many consumers have this same complaint of this company with bbb reviews. They charged two transactions to my credit card of ***** and *****. I did not order anything. I DO want an immediate refund to my credit card please.

    Purchase was made from SoothRelieve 5/15/25 at approximately 7:15pm and cancelled at 7:49pm. The cancellation was made well within their time limit of 12 hours. I tried to cancel online and by phone several times on both 5/15 and 5/16. I received an email from ***** at 11:27PM, acknowledging my cancellation, but instead presented an offer to discount the ******** purchase was for a single pair of compression socks (~$17 + shipping) $23.98. I learned from **** that my card was charged an additional amount of $42.19, for more items - which were never ordered. The total amount applied to my card was $66.17.On 5/16/25, I received an email marked 12:25PM to advise that my order is on the way, despite my several attempts to cancel my order within the allotted time.

    I made a purchase with this company on May 14th. I ordered 1 pair of the socks but once I received the invoice in my email, I was charged for 5 pairs. I immediately searched for contact information for the company to try to amend my order. I was not able to find any phone number but I did submit a request for assistance on their website. I received emails back asking me to submit a request through their website. After going in circles a few times, I finally had a request in with the company's website that wasn't "resolved" without any solution. They did not answer the request until over 12 hours later. They said the order was already shipped, that could not be cancelled or adjusted, and to process a return with them. The return process is to submit a request on their website. I already have a request ticket open with them to adjust the order so there isn't a different way to get a refund. The process is so confusing and there is no way to communicate to the company. I also was upsold on my order to 5 items without my authorization. I did not request 5 pairs, I know for a fact I only ordered 1 because I wanted to make sure I was getting the right size before getting more. I was getting these socks after a recommendation from my doctor for compression socks with open toes. I cannot afford much so I would never order 5 without knowing if they even work and fit.Their website also notes they we do not provide reimbursement for the return shipping costs of products being returned or exchanged. I didn't order 4 extra pairs so I want that cost to be covered. At this point, I feel like the whole thing is a scam and I want it all refunded back and I do not even want the socks anymore. I do not feel like this company will even provide me with the product that is apparently shipped at this time.

    I ordered two (2) pairs of socks for a total of $30.65. The added on another order of four (4) pairs of socks for an added amount of $42.29. I did not order these other 4 pairs of socks and do not want to pay the $42.29 for them. They already charged my account and my bank cannot reverse the charge. The bank says I have to file a fraudulent complaint against them, which I will also do with my bank.
