    I ordered a shed kit 12/20/22. After the order was placed, a notification THEN popped up saying they might have 1-3 week delays. I immediately reached out and after several days ***** got back to me saying my order was to be shipped last week (first week of 2023). On the 6th I got a notification that **** has received the shipping info, but has not yet received our package. Since then, the tracking number has shown the same status, showing that this shipment has yet to have been shipped. On their support page, they said to let them know if we have urgent timing needs. I have done so every day so far and have yet to get any form of response or reassurance. We are now under 3 weeks from our deadline and still have no frame for our project. It seems like this business only replies to bad BBB reviews, so I'm writing this in hopes that my order will be sent out today using faster shipping. I will happily remove this review if they make this right. Someone, please reach out to me about order #****.

    This order was shipped and delivered to the customer on January 17th. This can be verified by **** tracking number ******************************. We have had some severe plastic shortage supply issues throughout Covid and in to last year. However, that issue is loosing up and we are getting back to normal and our shipping times are coming back down to a normal range. We apologize for it taking so long to get your order and are happy it has made it to you now. ************** :)

    I ordered brackets worth $42 from this company on July 2022 and until this date (almost December 2022) I have not received anything despite numerous calls and emails. Countless times I filled out their contact page writing my name, email address, phone number, order number and messaging them about my predicament and yet there's no answer whatsoever. They advertise in their website that orders typically ship within 7 to 10 days. But after I have ordered the merchandise, I read their excuses such as "because of things happening in the world right now beyond our control, we go through periods of it taking slightly longer." I was very patient to them, keep on reminding them of my order. But six months is too long for a customer to wait! They promise that if customers are concerned about order or are needing it faster to PLEASE let them know, and I did several times thru email and message, and yet they don't care. If they can't fulfill their obligation, they should refund me my money ASAP with interest.

    Ordered a kit July 16th. Never got it. They said there may be a 3 week delay...OK, covid, supply issues gave them time. Never got the kit. 6-7 weeks - nothing - so sent email to cancel - no response. Sent another email - no response. Filed a dispute with credit card company 9/12/22. They said they contacted the company and said we were responsible for charges (I guess the company said we got the kit?). Got an email saying the order would be canceled 10/14/22 - no credit issued as of Nov 3rd. Tried calling their number - voicemail box full. I will try and resolve it through Citibank but they haven't helped so far.
