  I ordered a 10 X 20 kit, Aug 9th 2023 and paid via Paypal, E z frame received the money, and as off NOV-25-2023 they have not delivered the 10 x 20 kit. I hope they ship it soon!

  If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a 10x20 and 2 doors three months ago. Only received the doors. Said I would like to cancel since this is for chickens that need a run, we cant wait months and months and they said they would cancel but couldnt refund my purchase because it had been so long and needed a PayPal. Never heard that from any company before but gave them the info and have heard nothing from them. I called and left a message. Nothing. Will be contacting my bank. Total scam.

  They never shipped the product, gave 4 different delivery dates over 3 months time without a single apology or acknowledging their failure. They blamed supply chain issues after selling something they listed as in stockIts a joke of a company

  Awful company i purchase a 10x16 greenhouse kit asked for a refund and they just ignored all of my emails this is a scummy company still hasn't shipped been over 2 months Please safe yourself this issue and just don't buy from them.

  I'm giving a 5-star review! I ordered a 10x20 kit with add-ons. Everything came as ordered and with the parts list and build instructions. There were some bumps in the road with the order, but ultimately EZ Frame went above and beyond my expectation to make things right. I would also recommend reaching out with kindness and patience. :) Thank you EZ Frame!

  Built a custom cabin/ tiny house with the kit in the *****. Had to trek it in, but we used it all winter long and it worked great. We got this back in fall, but we were seeing all these negative remarks about this company and wanted to put our two cents in that they are *****************. Their kits work great. Might take a minute to get in the mail, but remember good things come to those who wait so a little patience goes a long way :)If I could post pics up here of our awesome little e-z frame cabin I would. My suggestion is keep checking back with them. Let them know if you need it in a hurry right off the bat and they will do everything they can to get it out faster. They did for us. **** was starting to fall and we needed it in a hurry and they got it to us in a few days. Our greenhouse we didn't need as fast so it took awhile. But that is ok. Just be nice folks. They are only human afterall :)

  F****** HORRIBLE SERVICE! They do not respond they do not return emails or calls. Good luck getting a tracking number it takes months to get your product if you ever do, do not do business with this scam business.

We did respond to ALL your emails despite the unnecessary language that was used in each one as is evident in the review that was left here on BBB. The chain of emails was even escalated to the owner and responded to so you received more than one response. Despite the fact that we did get out your order in a timely fashion, we never received any further acknowledgment on your behalf that you did get it. Your order was delayed, but delivered within 4 weeks, not months. We have been in business for over 45 years and while we faced many of the same issues that other online companies did over the last couple years with Covid etc, we are most definitely NOT a scam company.   I ordered a 10x12 chicken run kit on Dec 17. My credit card was billed on the same day. They noted on their website that appreciated knowing if the orders were needed for the holiday season or not. I made the mistake of telling them it was not needed prior to holidays. In return for this favor, they stopped communication with me. No updates were provided on when i might expect the order delivered. After several requests and complaints i was sent a tracking number in mid January. The tracking number three weeks later is still 'waiting for item', in other words it was just an empty tracking number to shut me up for a while. I again asked when i might expect the order to actually be delivered and was promised one more week. That week came and went with nothing. At the end of that week i requested a cancelation and refund. I have not yet received the refund or any communication at all. As a result i have instructed my credit card company to charge back the transaction. In their few communications they mention challenges due to supply chain issues. Yes, i get it, the whole world gets it and is experiencing the same thing. Yet most businesses do not respond by lying and shutting down communications with their customers. If it will take 90 days to deliver, tell people that! You think you will lose customers? You will lose a lot more by engaging in deceptive practices. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. They clearly have some serious issues and need to re-think their business practices. I originally looked into their kits as a way of making a structure with my minimal carpentry skills. The only positive thing out of the experience i can say is that i decided that i could learn the skills if i put my mind to it. I build the structure myself without their kit and it turned out pretty good.
