    I was just trying to change my address and I was charged 179 dollars for no reason I want my money back there is no way for me to contact these people it's stealing!!!

    This website is a scam. It is fishing for card info, and stores it in a database. Please make sure to use the official USPS website for address changes.

    This website is a scam. It says it's charging $7.95 to forward your address and the post office doesn't charge for that you just fill out a address forward card. I entered my credit card information and they charged me $179.95. I'm currently disputing it with my credit card company. Major hassle and people need to be made aware

    I was trying to do a change of address for USPS. This website popped up in Google and advertised that it was a USPS move thing. I didn't see it wasn't the official USPS website. It does not state anywhere on their website before you put your card info in that they will charge you $179.95. When I tried to contact them to tell them they are misrepresenting their business and also not transparently notifying consumers what they are going to be charged (it doesn't ask you to review the charge or anything after putting card info in), their contact us page is broken so I cannot even contact them! I feel I was taken advantage of and I need my money back or I will be filing a small claims suit.

    This website intentionally disguises their website to look like the USPS website. They are defrauding people who are in a vulnerable state by doing so. The USPS uses a credit card to validate and verify your identity, they do not charge to change your address. $1 is transferred back and forth to the card used.
    This website charges 100 times the amout without displaying the fee. Then this company keeps the money.

    I have been defrauded, and I'm requesting that something be done.

    The company website asked to only have my card information to verify it was me then charged me 180.00 with no price on screen or at checkout. There is no contact phone number or email and anytime you goto there customers support message it never sends message. I wasn't supposed to be charged and I'm getting emails to goto DMV with my id to change address when that's what there promoting. I tried to stop this account cause I did not authorize this amount to be changed to or a service and I went to my bank and they will file a dispute against company if my money is not refunded.

    I mistakenly entered my change of address info on a site that was portraying itself as the USPS. I was charged $179 and not the $1 that the USPS charges.

    I went online to try and change my address I typed in usps address change this website came up under usps they asked for information for identity and then charged me 179.95. I want a refund

    I filled out info for address change thinking it was the usps website then I was charged $179.95.
