I have a charge from 1/2/2024 for $179.95. This business tricks people into thinking it is USPS but it is a very expensive 3rd party service to perform a $1.10 task. Note that my email does not even show an amount charged. I have filed a dispute and contacted the scam company but have not received a reply.

I mistakenly entered my change of address info on a site that was portraying itself as the USPS. I was charged $179 and not the $1 that the USPS charges

The transaction happened on the 24th I made an attempt to change my address thinking the sight was legit and was only supposed to be charged a $1.00 service fee when I checked my bank statement they took $179 dollars. In the email it was said that I could have a full no questions asked refund but I don't have any information on how to contact them.

The website was movemyaddress.com and I can't find any sort of contact information. I've tried to email back to the original emails they sent to me but haven't been able to get in contact with any sort of customer service or any response whatsoever

I was scammed to change my address, advertised they were a USPS partner, and charged me 180 dollars for no reason, never disclosed they would charge any money, but that the card information was to hold my spot? I would have never given my card information had I know that they would charge me an y amount of money

I was looking to change my address on line after my move. This site looks like a official government site. It does not mentioin. Any charge. It states it needs the card to verify my identity. It tells me my address change was complete through a text. I was verifying my bank and noticed a pending charge of 179.80 dollars. I did not authorize the charge.

On Oct 30 I tried to do a change an address for my son. What I thought was the post office website ended up being the website movemyaddressnow.com. I tried to put a stop payment threw my bank but this website looked like the post office and took 179 from my account on Nov 5th. My bank is refusing to do anything about this scam and I need help getting my money back.

On 12/12/23 my son went online for me to change my address, like he did for himself in the past. www.movemyaddressnow.com Chealy did not say it was charging me $179 to change my address but did anyway. Now my account is negative, which leaves me broke until my survivors benefits come in. I would like my money back asap. I tried contacting them but they do not have a phone number listed. The online contract form they have does not work, so there is no way to contract them. It's a clear scam!

A scam site posing as USPS. My husband filed a change of address form for our non-English speaking relative. My husband’s English is also limited. He thought this was the real USPS site as it was the first google result listed. He didn’t see any subtotal listed notifying him of the $179.95 charge before our card was charged. I tried to contact the company for a refund. This site exists purely to take advantage of others, especially new Americans who aren’t aware of how much a change of address SHOULD cost ($1.10).
