Ordered 8/4/2022 Cost of items $156.00 Items are Light Bulb camera x 3 unable to get it to work.Denying refund due to time lapsed. No mention of a "6month" return policy when Order placed. My complaint is lack of the customer service follow through and no posting or telling of their return policy. Stated on ordering that satisfaction is guaranteed. Missleading ad in my opinion. Would like BBB's opinion. It looks to me like Dot Com Products is offering 3 SD Cards for $19.00. I ordered 2, expecting 6 cards. Got 2 cards. So far I have not received a reply to my emails.********************************************************************************************************** I would like BBB to review ad and give me your opinion. On 1/8/2023 I ordered a porch camera from dotcomproducts.com at **************************************************, ** *****. Their phone # is ************. I received but decided to return it, which I did at my own expense. I returned it via **** They received it but have yet to refund me. I last heard from them on 2/15/2023 saying when their tech department determined the item was not defective they would return me money. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times to complain. I never used the item. I took it out of the box, looked at it, put it back in the box and then returned it. If it is defective, then it was defective when I received it, but I never plugged it in. 2/4/23 I was considering purchasing product from company and had entered my information. After reviewing company decided not to order and deleted all my information. An order was never placed. Company processed an order and debited ****** and ***** from my acct. I called company and was on hold for 20 min x2 without anyone ever answering. I emailed company and was informed via email that order would be shipped. Company refused to cancel and provide refund. After product received via *** on 2/8/23 I returned via *** on 2/10/23, product box was never opened and I had to pay ***** in return shipping. I notified company of return and now have been told that if product is defective I will not get refund. If product is defective then I was shipped a defective product. All I want is a full refund. If not received then I will be filing complaint with ** Attorney General. Thanks for your assistance *********************Customer Answer

I purchased SOLAR LIGHTS about January 2,2023 and was charged $84.00 for 6 solar lights. I explained that this was going to be a gift and needed to arrive within two weeks and was told by a woman at this business that they would arrive on time.The lights did not arrive and the business had changed their telephone # so I could not reach them.I finally bought the lights from a local company.To my surprise the lights arrived on January 21,2023 and I called DOT COM PRODUCTS for a return receipt but was very rudely told they do not send return slips.Not I am having to pay them for a product that is not like the picture showed (these lights are maybe 4 inches long and would not light up anything) they are completely different from what I ordered, too small and maybe worth $10.00.I want to return them and get my credit card credited with the original cost.Initial Complaint

Ordered a light camera bulb on Nov 30, 2022. After I made the order then a flash-up screen came with adding another bulb for another cost-effective amount. I accepted, however, it never showed the amount to be $312.50. Because had I seen that I would have immediately canceled. Couple of Days later, I looked at my Paypal activity & noted a charge of $312.50 & another charge of $14.95. Got the package from Dot Com Products (DCP), only to realize that their "1" bulb, was actually 1 set of 10 bulbs. I immediately contacted them & inquired why was I charged $312.50 & $14.95. They told me because I ordered 10 bulbs, I stated that I did not. The lady explained that the $14.95 charge was for a rewards program. I did not sign-up for any rewards program.I asked for a full refund & for them to send a return shipping label, but they stated that they do not provide return shipping labels & that I would have to incur the cost of the returned product. Once returned, I would get a refund. I returned the items on Dec 20, 2022, it cost $36 at the ***** Dec 27th, emailed DCP to confirm receipt and was told that I would have to provide the carrier, tracking number, and location that I sent it to before they can consider issuing me a refund.Sent a print screen that showed that it was delivered on Dec 22nd, to their reception desk. I inquired about the reimbursement of my return shipping cost because I only returned it because of their bait & switch program, which does not tell you that you are getting one order of ten bulbs that would take your cost to $312.50, nor did I authorize the rewards program of $14.95. Based on that behavior, I should have been reimbursed for their unscrupulous bait-and-switch billing method, but also for my $36 to return the items. It also appeared that IF I did not have the proof that they received it, I would not have been even reimbursed for the cost of the products. They held their position that they do not reimburse return shipping cost.Initial Complaint

I purchased a light bulb camera and it does not have a working ** card slot in it. When the ** card is placed in the camera it falls down into the camera. It does not work and the camera has to be taken apart to retrieve the ** card. I contact the company to tell them about this problem and they sent me two emails that you cannot respond to. I would like my camera replaced or my money back.Customer Answer

Light Bulb Camera this was ordered a month and a half ago I called twice to follow up on receiving it and was told that it was reshipped each time but it never ships. They say they got behind but are caught up now but still no shipment has ever been sent they will not process a refund
