    Do not buy from this company. Light bulb camera does not work. First tried to tell me that the software was temporarily down. then would give me 50% back & keep the bulb. Then said they would give me refund - 50% now and another 50% when they received the product back. Sent me 3 different return instructions - one was with the wrong return address. I have to pay for the return postage. Very complicated process and poor return policy for defective products

    Took forever to get my security light bulbs. I canceled the 2 SD cards was told I would see refund in 5-7 days lies. So I called again the quality of the security light bulbs were not good so I asked for total refund my bill was ******. ***** and over fee shipping. But yet I have to pay shipping back ? Long story short don't waste your time not very consumer friendly cs tried to over talk me. All I want is my money back. So I wait for a return label. I will never buy from them again I got better service from temu and the BBB said they'll look into this problem

    Items ordered was not working.Sent the cameras back, produce order information received by the company,but they failed to respond this assuming I have the errors.I ve sent tracking numbers bank information receipts of purchase .No response of any sense the norm of communication is JUST SEND US THE ***** NUMBER AND TELEPHONE ??.I HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES DONE SO.NO RESPONSE OR RESULT.THEY ARE INFAMOUS THIEVES SCAMMERS GREEDY ABOMMINABLE IDIOTIC CULPRITS.THEY SHOULD BE SUED, AND PROSECUTED.

    I don't order many products online, but the products that I have ordered in the past, I never had any issues with ***************** tracking, or delivery. However, Dot Com Products has got to be the worst online merchant that I have dealt with.... I have sent several emails, with no response, called the **************** several times, and they just give me the "RUN-AROUND" concerning the status, tracking, and delivery! They even offered me a "Gift Card" for double the amount that I paid to be confirmed by email, which again I never received! I placed the order for (5) Light Bulb Security Cameras, and (5) 64GB SD Cards on 11/8/23, and it's now 12/7/23, and I have yet to receive the products! I have cancelled the order several times by emails/phone calls, and have not received an response!I rated Dot Com Products (1) Star, and it should be Zero!!! They are out to SCAM their customers, and should not be in business! I don't know, or understand how the employees for this company are able to sleep at nights, because they are trained to SCAM the public!

    I would not even give this company one star. I ordered 2 security cameras. They were both defective. Called company to see if I was doing something wrong when trying to install them. Agent at Dot. com said that the error messages that I was getting indicated that the cameras were defective. He said he would order 2 new ones for me. When I received the new ones, they did not work either. Called Dot. Com, had a tech walk me through the installation process and he got the same error messages that I was getting. I had previously asked for a supervisor to call me back, but she never returned my call. Asked tech to send a prepaid shipping label to me so that I could mail the products back. Tech said that I would have to pay for the return shipping cost. I explained that I would pay for the shipping if I was returning them because I changed my mind or just didn't like them, but all FOUR cameras were defective. Dot.Com refused to issue return shipping label.

    I ordered a 3 bulb security light set at a sugested $117 price with no charge for shipping. After the order was completed the price was $ ****** . My c.c. company had declined the transaction expecting fraud. I then called Dot Com Products to cancel my order and spoke to a gentleman by the name of ****. I explained what had happened and why I wanted to cancel. I the began getting phone calls from numerous numbers and personel trying to get me to reorder at a discounted price. I informed all of them that I was not going to purchase the product and asked to be removed from the calling list! countless phone calls, I consider that to be harassment by a third party company!

    I would give them no stars if I could as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered 3 light bulb cameras within a few hours sent an email and placed a phone call to please cancel my order as I realized they would not work for me. Received an email that they were shipping a few days later, I called them again stating I had cancelled that order. They sent it any way and tried to tell me it was too late to receive a fund as it has been more than 20 days since I ordered. Ordered them 9/1 and received them 9/24. Finally got them to say they would return my money but not until I returned the product on my dime. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!! They should not be allowed to operate. I am sure they will say they never received it and I will never get a refund from this scam of an operation.

    I agree with the previous complaints outlined in the reviews. This company is not resolving my refund and has not called back as promised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They should not be allowed to conduct business on the internet, if not at all.

    Do not BUY from Dot com products! They will not refund your money if you do not have a tracking nbr and order nbr. Even if you have sent their product back to them. They'll say, they are reviewing your order and never get back to you. I had bought 3 cameras from them and couldn't figure out how to configure it to 2 phones. It wouldn't even go on 1 phone, but b/c I didn't call them for help and sent their product back, they won't give me a refund. So now I'm out the money for all 3 cameras! They don't deserve 1 star!

    Do not but from DotCom Products. They add charges after you agree to the final price. Complaint filed with paypal and Dot Com. Dot Com could not find my name, order number, address, or even if i had placed an order. They shipped products and a *** tracking order came from paypal. I have filed a dispute over the excess charge with paypal and found out my order from Dot Com was filed as a recuring monthly charge which i stopped. I would give them no stars if i could
