1 star******** customer service! I am using them for a medication, they shipped a refill out and it never showed up. After tracking the item it showed that it is being delivered late but didnt specify when it would be delivered. I contacted customer ************** said they would call in a 14 day rx to my pharmacy so I didnt get side effects from abruptly discontinuing my medication. They never responded to my email or called the rx in for me. Now Im getting awful brain *********** wont respond or ********* package seems to be lost. They dont really help, they offer to provide solutions and customer service but lack the follow through which is really not a good way to do business or provide medical careRedBox Rx

Hello *******. We did indeed reach out to our provider team multiple times to get a message to your provider to send an emergency supply to your local pharmacy. Unfortunately, the original provider was out of office, so they are trying to contact someone to send that prescription to your local pharmacy as soon as possible. You are correct in that we should have kept better communication with you about the delay and for that I do apologize. I did check the tracking information for your original order, and it states that it was delivered to you yesterday (12-3). Please let our patient care team know if you did receive your package and/or if there is any other assistance we can provide.Review fromDanielle W

1 starIncorrectly evaluated my symptoms, refused treatment, and told me "Get tested so nothing is missed".But what's missing is BEING TREATED.They suggested I might have something that the *** medicine would ALSO treat. So the rejection makes no sense aside from that I've been charged without recieving treatment. All I recieved was a headache.RedBox Rx

Hello ********. We offer treatment for over 20 different conditions. Unfortunately, not all conditions should be managed through our telehealth services. When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and either give a prescription for the most appropriate medication or give a reason why a treatment is not being prescribed. Some symptoms can be a sign of something more serious that cannot be diagnosed or ruled out through a telehealth visit. Our providers will give their reasons for their decision in their notes to you and/or during your visit. Since you were not prescribed a treatment, please reach out to our patient care team for a refund for your visit if you have not already done so.Review fromGeorge C

1 starThese guys are not honest, I was auto ship every 3 months and was taking a medication that has know side-effects so I started at reduced dose. I ended up with 4 months of medications on the shelf so I paused the auto ship. I start up again 4 months later and was charged an evaluation fee like this was a new treatment. I called and they said I cancelled but that was a lie, that treatment is still on my account. The ******* refused to waive the fee, so I cancelled the whole thing. These guys are crooks or have incompetent people answering the phoneRedBox Rx

Hello ******. Prescriptions are only valid for one year after the written date, even if they have refills left. If the prescription has expired, you would need to complete a new provider visit to get a new and valid prescription. The previous treatment plan will remain in your account as it is a part of your medical history. Per RedBox Rx policy, we will refund the cost of the provider visit if the provider does not prescribe treatment. Because you were prescribed treatment, we are unable to refund the cost of the provider visit. Should you have any other questions, please feel free to reach back out to our patient care team.Review fromAshley S

1 starThis company is a scam. They charged me twice for the same product (per the receipts) but then say one charge is for the consultation. The only consultation I had was answering a few prompts. I spoke with ****** from their customer service and she was neither helpful nor very friendly. She ignored my questions the first time around. Im deeply unpleased with this company.RedBox Rx

Hello *********. RedBox Rx is a little different than some other telehealth services. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will NOT be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. You will receive a receipt after every transaction to the email address associated with your RedBox Rx account. This information is also clearly listed on the website under the preferred treatments sections as well as under the FAQ's section. Should you have any questions at any point in the process, please do not hesitate to give our patient care team a call at ************.Review fromBranden D

1 starThis is not a transparent company. They charge you $69 for a visit if its sent to your local pharmacy - which they you are then paying well over 100 bucks for the medication which defeats the purpose. They fail to tell you that you will be charged $20 for the visit if you get it through their pharmacy, as the promotional offer states, and then will pay $60 for the medication. They were unwilling to refund me the $69 and instead charge me $20 for the visit because they had already sent the prescription to my local pharmacy. I work in healthcare and all it requires is a click of your mouse to forward a prescription so I do not understand how they can advertise being a cost-friendly healthcare provider and not issue a refund for their lack of transparency.RedBox Rx

Hello *******. All of the information you mention is clearly listed in the FAQ's section and under each of the conditions listed on our website ******************************. We list the cost of a provider visit when you use our pharmacy and when you choose to use your local pharmacy. The charges are also clearly listed on the review and pay step when you go to pay for your provider visit. Patients who use our pharmacy would receive a separate invoice for the treatment where they would also review and pay for that medication. You will not receive an invoice for the medication if you choose to use a different pharmacy as we have no control over what another company or pharmacy charges for their prescriptions. The promotions we offer through RedBox Rx will always refer to the price you would pay if using our pharmacy. Transferring prescriptions is not the same as forwarding them, and if you have any questions on that process or how to do it, please reach out to our patient care team at ************. Our patient care team is also happy to help answer any other questions on our process and/or pricing should you have any.Review fromJanice D

1 starHad an online visit for a sinus infection. It took 3 days for them to review. They denied a script because I wasn't sick long enough. They didn't count the 3 days I was waiting for them to review because I am still sick. Less9n learned.RedBox Rx

Thank you for your feedback ******. Our treatments are only available by prescription, so a provider consultation is required to evaluate the information you provide before determining if the medication is safe and appropriate for you. Antibiotics are not an appropriate treatment if your illness is due to a viral infection, and it does take time to determine if an illness is a bacterial infection. If you ever have questions on why a provider denied treatment, please reach out to speak to our pharmacist at ************. You are also eligible for a refund for your provider visit if you were not prescribed treatment which you can call our patient care team at the same number to receive.Review fromMel A

1 starI was provided **************** for 8 months for ****, considered & reported the treatment to be moderately successful. Then a doctor suddenly refused treatment, stating "protocol," referring to something on my intake forms, completed EIGHT months ago. In this 8 months I received prescriptions from them and had 4 or 5 visits with no issues. Then today's doctor has left me abandoned, I'm now suddenly without care and without medications necessary for me to function in daily life.RedBox Rx

I'm sorry we made you feel like we didn't want to help you. Our clinical team designed the assessment questions that you answer before paying for your visit, to alert the patient if certain questions are answered in a way that indicates we most likely will not be able to treat you safely through our services. It looks like our Pharmacy Manager reached out to our provider support team in order to investigate why the provider denied you as well as get you an emergency order of your prescription(s). If there are any other questions we can answer for you, please reach back out to our patient care team at ************.Review fromRachel S

1 starI do not recommend using this company. I canceled my subscription with them. 3 months later I received an email stating my card has been charged and order has been shipped. I called and spoke with their sales person and then a manager. Manager refused to refund me. She also scoffed when I told her it was their error. Very poor customer service. Highly recommend they check their systems for errors and also take into consideration their customers concerns and make things right on behalf of them.RedBox Rx

Hello ******. According to our patient care team, you did not cancel your prescription with us. You delayed the automatic refills for your prescription for 3 months, and after those 3 months, the prescription refilled again. This was discussed with you when you spoke with our patient care team member. Per our refund and returns and exchanges policy, your order is not eligible for a refund once the prescription has been processed and shipped out. If you ever need assistance in pausing or canceling a prescription, our patient care team is happy to assist if you give them a call at ************.
