1 starTheir website is a bold faced lie. I was lucky enough to get an appointment on the same day that I was scheduling it. I'm nearly out of Anti-Depressants and just wanted them refilled with a teledoc because I'm moving around a lot. I was then lead through a 10 minute conversation about how my "medical history is too complicated" to prescribe me anything. I've been taking these medications for 3+ years and was only asking for one medication prescription. How is that "too complicated"? From my understanding, they'll only prescribe you if you have a single medication and it's not a stimulant and it's in stock. Good luck with that! Absolutely a waste of time. I'd say it's a waste of money but at least they refund you when stab you in the back! This company is an online pharmacy that doesn't prescribe and doesn't care.RedBox Rx

1 star**************** is terrible, as well as management. Company sent me INCORRECT medication after I met with a provider on the platform to switch medications. Redbox then charged me for a 3 month supply of meds I didnt need nor was prescribed. This is reckless and concerning. When contacted they ignored my concern and informed me that it was not their issue to fix. After my first 2 appointments the physicians are prescribing medications without really knowing the needs of their patient. They are also misinformed about the kind of medications and mediums they are prescribed in. Too many issues to count. Terrible experience and should not be trusted.RedBox Rx

Due to the nature of being a Telehealth Pharmacy, providers do not always send in cancellation notifications to us if your prescription is changed. We do set our patient's up with automatic refills (if refills are prescribed) to ensure that your treatment(s) arrive in a timely manner without you running out of medication, which appears is what happened with your old medication. Emails are also sent starting a week before the automatic refill takes place to ensure the patient has time to cancel/delay the refill should they need to. We are always happy to help walk you through how to cancel or delay those refills, but we leave the control of your refills in your hands.

1 starPROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH REDBOX RX!!!!!I HAVE BEEN charged $1,134 for a 6 month subscription (July-Dec 2025) that I have not received any medication or services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I did not believe this to be an automatically renewing subscription. Red Box Rx billing department is informing me that because I cancelled after the renewal date that they will NOT issue me a refund for medication and services that I have not received.I had initially signed up for a 6 month subscription of their medication and medical advice back in January. I have many of the same complaints about their unwillingness to increase dosage, and I did not see any results. Therefore, I had no intention of renewing my subscription with RedBox RX.PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH REDBOX RX!!!!RedBox Rx

2 starsNeglected to send my prescription to the pharmacy for over 2 weeks. Took 5 phone calls and hours on the phone to get an emergency prescription sent and promised my other one would be overnighted. Now it shows it will be delayed. This company only cares about your money. AVOIDRedBox Rx

1 starTerrible **************** and follow up. I was a customer until they charged me for initially what was a missed delivery and then when delivered damaged due to exposure to heat. Even their pharmacist said it should be replaced but their customer service wouldn't do it. So I got charged for something that went in the trash. Ok so I switched to Amazon Prime RX.RedBox Rx

1 starThis has been the absolute worst experience. I paid for a consultation at $25 and meds for $70. I never received anything. I emailed the redbox rx help team and was given a discount code to have another consultation and pay full price for meds. I repeatedly let them know I had a consultation and that I never received anything so there was no reason to double pay. I am very disappointed and feel scammed.Review fromMaeve M

2 starsMy experience with Red Box RX left me paying significantly more for a GLP-1 drug. First, they send you the lowest dose possible so it takes you longer to lose weight, which results in more profits for them. Unethical. Second, their "retention" department promised me a $200 reduction on my subscription so I would not leave and go to a competitor. I agreed and they charged me full price ($687) for my subscription. When I contacted the retention department, they said, "Oh that reduction will be effective on your next subscription." Unethical again. When I complained of unethical business practices, they ignored me. So, take caution when getting involved with Red Box RX. There are so many competitors that we don't need to put up with this.RedBox Rx

Called and cancelled 2 more times Reported it to my bank, Cancelled my card and just got ANOTHER notice of upcoming subscription. They are relentless in ripping you off!!!!RedBox Rx
