    PC Matic is my definitive assurance of all things related to IT guardianship of my personal computers that I could never do myself. PC Matic's summary report of my computer's performance, security, patch management, driver updates, and more is the perfect, most relevant, factual evidence I could ever expect, yet does not overwhelm. And it has always been easy to contact their reliable world-class customer service. After first trying many other very disappointing IT security "wannabes", I have been using PC Matic for years now, and would not look any further. They truly are the best in the business.

    I purchased PC Matic, Inc January 5, 2019. I have it on my Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Phone. It has protected me from opening things I shouldn't. I really do depend on them to keep my equipment running and no attacks. They check it every time I open my equipment.
    Several months ago I added the PC Magnum. I am so pleased with their support and their service.

    At 76 years of age, just operating a computer can be a daunting task sometimes but if a problem arises, it's panic time in my case. I didn't notice that my PC Matic virus protection was not working for two days. Eventually, after talking to computer savvy friends and going in circles with Micro Soft help screens, I contacted PC Matic for help via email. The following day I received a message instructing me as to how to restore my service. The instructions were concise, to the point and easy to understand and follow. Within an hour, remember I'm 76, PC Matic was protecting my online activity as it has been for the last eight years. There is not a way that I would use any other service than PC Matic. I would give the company more than five stars if it was possible!

    My Desk Top PC was dropping me way to often and it would happen very often when I was in the middle of critical situation. Xfinity Comcast found all systems working well here in the house but my PC would still drop me many times a day. Best Buy moved 40 mile away, Geek Squad was no help and misleading. I had Webroot but was not sure it too was working. SO I trusted the PC Matic commercial on TV and cannot say enough how happy I have been since they took over. My PC has never worked better. It is much faster and I have not been dropped. Love the fact that they keep me from a website that potentially has harmful troubles David L. 2/20/2023

    I've been with PCMatic since 2017, and I am thankful I made the move to them!! I tried them out at first, then signed up for the lifetime protection and it was affordable and more than worth it. They have, hands down, the BEST customer service ever. I am not good with computers and they are so patient, and respond so quickly to your questions. Thanks PC Matic! An American company with the best support and product ever!

    Recently I had a problem installing a known "good" program. I contacted several professionals to solve my problem to no avail. I contacted PC Matic, received a response in hours, and though it took a couple of days to work through the issue, PC Matic did not quit until the issue was resolved. Their customer support is excellant.

    PC Matic is a dream. Easy to install, easy to use, and light on the pocketbook. I love that it's American, too.

    Recently, I noticed that the scans for PC Matic weren't completing on my desktop. I cannot praise PC Matic's support enough. Prompt, professional, and helpful beyond belief. The instructions were written clearly and-idiot proof. They went beyond just fixing the immediate problem with the scans, and saved me a couple of hundred dollars I would have spent on a repair shop.

    I have been a PC Matic customer for quite a few years now and will continue to be. Well done, PC Matic!

    PC Matic has a good technical support team who work with you, no matter how long it takes to resolve issues with PC Matic. They stuck with me for over two weeks to resolve issues when I purchased a new Win 10 Pro computer. The ultimate fix was finally provided by the Microsoft Support Team. Whatever your issue with PC Matic their tech. support will help you.
