    I loaded PC Matic on my computer a 10 am. It blocked my business programs so I'm down. I've been contacting them for 6 hours with no response from their support. How do you leave customers hanging for 6 hrs? I emailed them to keep my money and just fix my computer. No Responses yet. Absolutely the worst.

    I purchased PC Matic, Inc January 5, 2019. I have it on my Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Phone. It has protected me from opening things I shouldn't. I really do depend on them to keep my equipment running and no attacks. They check it every time I open my equipment.
    Several months ago I added the PC Magnum. I am so pleased with their support and their service.

    At 76 years of age, just operating a computer can be a daunting task sometimes but if a problem arises, it's panic time in my case. I didn't notice that my PC Matic virus protection was not working for two days. Eventually, after talking to computer savvy friends and going in circles with Micro Soft help screens, I contacted PC Matic for help via email. The following day I received a message instructing me as to how to restore my service. The instructions were concise, to the point and easy to understand and follow. Within an hour, remember I'm 76, PC Matic was protecting my online activity as it has been for the last eight years. There is not a way that I would use any other service than PC Matic. I would give the company more than five stars if it was possible!

    I've been with PCMatic since 2017, and I am thankful I made the move to them!! I tried them out at first, then signed up for the lifetime protection and it was affordable and more than worth it. They have, hands down, the BEST customer service ever. I am not good with computers and they are so patient, and respond so quickly to your questions. Thanks PC Matic! An American company with the best support and product ever!

    PC Matic is a dream. Easy to install, easy to use, and light on the pocketbook. I love that it's American, too.

    Recently, I noticed that the scans for PC Matic weren't completing on my desktop. I cannot praise PC Matic's support enough. Prompt, professional, and helpful beyond belief. The instructions were written clearly and-idiot proof. They went beyond just fixing the immediate problem with the scans, and saved me a couple of hundred dollars I would have spent on a repair shop.

    I have been a PC Matic customer for quite a few years now and will continue to be. Well done, PC Matic!

    PC Matic has a good technical support team who work with you, no matter how long it takes to resolve issues with PC Matic. They stuck with me for over two weeks to resolve issues when I purchased a new Win 10 Pro computer. The ultimate fix was finally provided by the Microsoft Support Team. Whatever your issue with PC Matic their tech. support will help you.

    Have been a customer now for two years and am so pleased with PC Matic! Tried it after more than 10 years with another provider that was far more expensive and far less more reliable. At first, I was reluctant to try PC Matic as I really didn't believe that I could receive the quality of service and the dependability for the price. Have to say that it's an old cliche' but "It is a Bargain for the Buck!" Kudos, PC Matic! So Glad I Switched! I'm now telling friends and family to do the same!

    I contacted customer support via email. I was contacted within hours by a representative and we worked through my matter via email exchanges until the problem was solved. Service was professional, expedient, and complete.
    I have been a customer for over two years. I am very happy with the product services. The program protects all my personal devices.

    The latest Microsoft update apparently effected my EXCEL but PC Matic saved the day and sent easy instructions for fixing the problem!
