5 starsPC Matic provides quality service at a very reasonable price.
I am an 80 year old woman and sometimes I can get stressed and upset if I have computer issues that I can't resolve. I recently an issue which prevented me from being able to do ANYTHING on my laptop. That meant that I couldn't communicate with friends or family........not even pay my bills!
A friendly PC Matic technician fixed my problem almost immediately.
You will not be able to get any better service from friendly, professional technicians at a more reasonable price.
I highly recommend PC Matic.

5 starsHave been a customer now for two years and am so pleased with PC Matic! Tried it after more than 10 years with another provider that was far more expensive and far less more reliable. At first, I was reluctant to try PC Matic as I really didn't believe that I could receive the quality of service and the dependability for the price. Have to say that it's an old cliche' but "It is a Bargain for the Buck!" Kudos, PC Matic! So Glad I Switched! I'm now telling friends and family to do the same!PC Matic, Inc.

5 starsI contacted customer support via email. I was contacted within hours by a representative and we worked through my matter via email exchanges until the problem was solved. Service was professional, expedient, and complete.

5 starsThe latest Microsoft update apparently effected my EXCEL but PC Matic saved the day and sent easy instructions for fixing the problem!

5 starsI've been a customer since 2009 when they were PC Pitstop and now PC Matic. I recently had an issue with one of my laptops not scanning at it's scheduled time. A call placed to customer support was answered within minutes by one of the technicians who walked me through a series of procedures with his detailed instructions via email. The Windows problem was fixed and now all of my 5 devices are running fine under their Shield protection. Truly a 5 star company.PC Matic, Inc.

5 starsI had an issue...contacted PC Matic by email. Got an almost immediate response...they gave me precise instructions on how to proceed. Problem solved!! They were so responsive and I cannot tell you how much this meant to me. I am a 75 year old widow and not as tech savvy as I used to be...they were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Joe T. for helping resolve my issue.PC Matic, Inc.

5 starsPC Matic is amazing! All of my computers get a weekly scan and if for some reason my PC is not available I get a notification from them that a scan has been missed.
But the most amazing aspect of PC Matic is their customer support. On numerous occasions I've had a glitch come up on my system, I send them a note asking about it, and in less that 8 hours I get a reply with a remedy fix. It's as if I have my own in house tech support!
Their fix instructions are clear, understandable, and unravel exactly as they say.
I proudly and confidently recommend them!

5 starsThis company (PC Matic) is truly a 5-Star company, There Anti-Virus program works Great (been using it for 5 years), But if something goes wrong their Customer Service is just that, Service and works to solve the problem!
