5 starsAs a retired Realtor I have worked with many home warranty companies over the years - both personally and professionally. HWM was responsive and easy to deal with. I elected to use my own contractor for a HVAC issue that occurred over a weekend. HWM was easy to reach and handled my claim quickly and efficiently. Will recommend.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
