      I spoke with a customer service REMOVEDfrom this company who was clearly using a script to attempt to resolve my issue. He made every excuse imaginable to not hear or resolve my issue. He stated that my issue was a preexisting and would not be covered per their policies. I sent copies of the inspection REMOVEDort that was performed prior to the purchase of the home as well as the purchase of the home warranty. I called back this afternoon to speak to the supervisor or any supervisor and was told that they had been in meetings all day and all had gone home early. Totally unprofessional as well as not businesslike. Any help from the BBB will be greatly appreciated.

      Very different from my previous experiences with other home warranty companies. I was a little confused at first on how to use the service but a quick call solved that. The customer support person was friendly and answered all my questions. Then the claim process was easy. They had a technician out the next day, who was also very personable and helpful. They all made the experience stress free and resolved in a very short time.

      I called when my AC unit went out and they approved my claim immediately. As soon as I got my new unit I submitted the receipt and they sent me my check the next day!!

      This was my first time filing a claim and I was surprised and happy that I was able to get a contractor out the next day. I heard that warrant companies are a waste of time because they do not have contractor that are available when circumstances occur. Everyone that I had contact with were knowledgeable and courtesy that included the after hours call center.
