    March 3, 2025, I unfroze my tanning package from the year before. I was billed $5.00 per month to have my account frozen. On the 3rd I was told that I just needed to pay the difference for the total package after my $60.00 ( 5.00/mo ) credit was applied. My credit card was run for $51.00. The employee also ran my card for the full REMOVEDamount as well. A day later noticed they also ran my card for another $5.00 for the freeze. When asked multiple times about the over charge they told me it was a credit on my account for product. I was also told they are unable to refund my account once its on my account. I never agreed to this nor do I want any product. I spoke with other employees regarding the error. I was given the customer service number. I've called the customer service several times and am still waiting for a return call from a supervisor. I'm in need a my account history for the claim i'm filing with my credit card company. Bottom line is the company has questionable business tactics and rewards employees for product sales no matter how its handled or obtained. I was also asked if someone else was using my credit card to make those charges.
