      Installed defective dishwasher purchased from Lowes. Did not run before they left or give me any paperwork other than owner's manual and warranty information. They left and said they were finished. After an hour or so I decided to look at dishwasher and see what kind of features it has and ran a load. It seemed pretty straight forward and left the room and didn't come back for 45 minutes or so to a kitchen full of water. Installers came back and said there was a hole in dishwasher and they were going back to Lowes to get another one. 2 Months later and several man hours of correspondence with CRST and Lowes, having their adjusters come out and said it was their fault for not running before they left and still at a standstill. Then miraculously today they presented me with a forged installation slip with what is supposed to be my initials and signature. Contacting attorney tomorrow and letting them handle this mess. Not only do they hire unskilled contractors but they resort to criminal forgery. Bad company all around would give NEGATIVE stars if possible......I would expect more from Lowes than to be in business with such a company. Back to Home Depot I go.

      Same experience as all the other reviews. Bought a dishwasher before thanksgiving. Company finally came a week ago to install after multiple reschedules. Installer wasn’t able to get it installed because he was 20 minutes late to pick up his daughter and said he would be back at 10 the next morning. He has now blown off multiple appointments to install in the last week. We always shopped and have purchased multiple appliances from Lowes but will no longer be taking our business there.

      They canceled on us 4 times after me or my wife took off from work waiting for them. I cant believe a reputable company like Lowes would partner with such a incompetant company. Someone needs to let Lowes know how bad this is making them look. I will never order an appliance from Lowes again as long as they use CRST for delivery and installation.

      Terrible! No showed for appointment without an explanation or call/email. Showed up on the wrong day when no one was home. Did not call to confirm appointments or give expected window for appointments. Did not return multiple calls requesting to reschedule. I continued to take days off if work and still no installation. Only availability is a month out in the middle of the week. Have spent hours on hold trying to get this resolved. I will never use this company again and cannot believe Lowes partners with them.

      ZERO. This company doesn’t deserve to be in business. I have wasted hours waiting for them only for them not to show twice now that I’m waiting a third time, I don’t get a phone call giving me the time frame of install. I’m done with them and I’m done with Lowe’s. Somebody at corporate Lowe’s needs to wake up. If you can only imagine how many people that have suffered negatively from this company are telling everyone about their horrible experience at Lowe’s, maybe it’ll make a difference to you. Because, eventually it will in your paycheck or maybe your job.

      In particular Jeremy Boyd! He went above and beyond coming out! I went thru 4 installers in 4 weeks from Lowe’s.. all were NO SHOWS until the got Mr Boyd out here. He was extremely detailed oriented installing. Excellent help with a world of bad installers from Lowe’s,
      He stood out as a great installer.

      If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have the more horrible service I have ever experienced. I can say based on my experience the supervisor Britney and her Area manager and the Regional manager Rob. Do not care and do not work toward correcting any customer situations or Issues. If Lowes says that they are going to use CRST for your installation save your money and more importantly your time.

      Read all the other reviews, my story is exactly the same. I bought a dishwasher from Lowes November 16th. After calling Lowes I discovered the dishwasher would be installed by a 3rd party and that I would get a phone call to schedule. No phone call but I get a text with an appointment date. Message says I will get a phone call the night before with a time. Dec 7th I take off work for the install, get a text saying my appointment is now December 15th! No phone call no option to pick date. Once again I take the day off work. Dec 14 I get a phone call that cuts off in the middle so no idea what time they are coming. Dec 15th waiting for them to come I get a text saying my appointment is now Dec17th! I have now lost 2 days of work and they want me to loose another! I call lowes and complain then call CRST to complain. I spoke to a manager who says they will have the installation manger call me. I’m ready to cancel my order if I don’t hear back from them today

      The guy from CRST was supposed to show up around 9 and told me he was 15 minutes away. I didn't hear anything, then I received a call 20 minutes later from Lowe's saying the delivery/install couldn't be completed because I live on the second floor, and the unit would need two people to safely bring up the stairs.

      First of all, do dollys not exist? Second, the "2" in my unit number should have been a dead giveaway that I live on the second floor, and, in any case, that could have been confirmed on the phone BEFORE the delivery was made. I don't even know how these people function on a basic human level. The incompetence is staggering.

      Absolutely horrible! The first time they came they said the dishwasher we got was junk so we returned it for a better one then we were unable to get them to come back and install the new one. They kept canceling because of the weather even when the weather was fine. One time they just didn’t call or show up. After two months of this and paying Lowes over $1000 we’ve decided we’re going to get our money back and get one at Home Depot and hire someone to install. I even talked to Lowe’s and they were no help with any of it. They’re better off not even offering installation because they’re giving themselves a bad name using this horrible company!!
