      This company sent two guys out to hook up our gas line for our new dryer that we purchased from Lowes. We bought the washer and dryer and all necessary parts for installation from Lowes, and these were all delivered on 3/2.
      On 3/10, two guys came to the house to hook up the gas line. My husband met them at the house to let them in as we had not moved into the house yet. It was new construction and we had just purchased it. The guys went to the laundry room, hooked up the gas line, the water line for the steam refresh, and the exhaust vent.
      We just moved into the house over the weekend and I noticed that the exhaust vent was not the type we purchased from Lowes. We bought the semi-rigid vent with clamps. The guys installed the cheap foil exhaust hose and used zip ties instead of the clamps we bought.
      They were done in 15 minutes. My husband asked if everything went OK and the guys said yes and left. It wasn't until just now that we realized these guys stole from us, put on cheaper parts on our dryer and left our house with our new ones inside their work trunk. I have called the Lowes that we purchased the washer and dryer from, requesting a refund for the installation charge and to also receive the items that were stolen from us. I also spoke to Karen with Lowes Customer Care, she informed me that the type of vent that these guys put on aren't supposed to be installed on a gas dryer due to being a fire hazard. She advised me not to use the dryer until the issue can be rectified. I am so disgusted that employees with this company stole from us, and now we have to fight with Lowes to try to get a refund on the cost of labor, as well as receive the parts we purchased. Do not use any contractors through Lowes. Find an independent contractor who aren't thieves.

      I purchased a LG dishwasher at Lowes in Abington, Ma on on 1/15/2023. I was told the installer would call within 2 business days.A week goes by, nothing. I then call Lowe's installation, they apologize and explain that the installer was waiting for the permit,fine. Then 1 month after the purchase, I still hear nothing from CRST, no call or email. I then call Lowes, they notify me that they have the permit and just waiting to fax it over. 2 days after, I recieved my first correspondence from CRST stating that my installation was scheduled for 3/14, 2 months after the purchase and I will be contacted with a time window. No call or email the night before, still have the installation scheduled but no call and no show today. I called CRST, long wait then they just hang up. I called Lowes, the somehow contacted CRST and they said they had to cancel due to weather. This would be acceptable if they would notify their customer but apparently that is not their business practice. I guess I have to get a refund and try Home Depot.

      Installers have no idea what they’re doing and destroy your property warning do not use this company, I use them for Best Buy ring, doorbell and ripped apart the concrete, and now they don’t wanna pay and I’m returning the $6000 worth of merchandise I bought at Best Buy due to this company and lack of resolution and poor judgment and can’t except responsibility for their installers. I could go on.

      Never showed for installation and never called. This company is actually worthless. I would never recommend this company. I would never ever recommend lowes installation either. WORTHLESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LEFT IN THE HAD TO EVENTUALLY REQUEST A REFUND WHICH TOOK A MONTH TO GET PROCESSED.

      I would love to give them zeros stars. Worst customer service ever!
      Don't use their installation service. Horrible install, can't open my cabinets. No follow up. This started black friday. I built a 3000 square foot custom home that was easier than this.

      CRST delivered and installed a cracked dishwasher on 12/5/23. There was no test or demonstration. My husband started up the dishwasher and walked away for about an hour to do something around the house. It flooded our entire downstairs. Ever since then it has been a nightmare trying to get Lowe’s or CRST to take responsibility. I have spent every day tending to this matter. Two months later they presented paperwork showing demo and started it up WITH FORGED SIGNATURES! FORGERY! Ten minutes later their insurance adjuster called me to say that now they were saying we said they didn’t have to demo bc there was a power outage- DISHONESTY! Still dealing with it but as of now we are getting an attorney. Don’t buy an appliance from Lowe’s that requires installation because their installation company is crap!

      Terrible. They don’t show up to do installation and they don’t call to tell you there’s a delay.

      Installed defective dishwasher purchased from Lowes. Did not run before they left or give me any paperwork other than owner's manual and warranty information. They left and said they were finished. After an hour or so I decided to look at dishwasher and see what kind of features it has and ran a load. It seemed pretty straight forward and left the room and didn't come back for 45 minutes or so to a kitchen full of water. Installers came back and said there was a hole in dishwasher and they were going back to Lowes to get another one. 2 Months later and several man hours of correspondence with CRST and Lowes, having their adjusters come out and said it was their fault for not running before they left and still at a standstill. Then miraculously today they presented me with a forged installation slip with what is supposed to be my initials and signature. Contacting attorney tomorrow and letting them handle this mess. Not only do they hire unskilled contractors but they resort to criminal forgery. Bad company all around would give NEGATIVE stars if possible......I would expect more from Lowes than to be in business with such a company. Back to Home Depot I go.

      Same experience as all the other reviews. Bought a dishwasher before thanksgiving. Company finally came a week ago to install after multiple reschedules. Installer wasn’t able to get it installed because he was 20 minutes late to pick up his daughter and said he would be back at 10 the next morning. He has now blown off multiple appointments to install in the last week. We always shopped and have purchased multiple appliances from Lowes but will no longer be taking our business there.

      They canceled on us 4 times after me or my wife took off from work waiting for them. I cant believe a reputable company like Lowes would partner with such a incompetant company. Someone needs to let Lowes know how bad this is making them look. I will never order an appliance from Lowes again as long as they use CRST for delivery and installation.
