- Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Usage charges (texts, email, AI usage) are non-refundable once billed, unless caused by a verified platform error. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full within 5 to 10 business days of verification. If the platform has a documented outage of more than 4 consecutive hours in a billing cycle, affected customers may request a pro-rated credit on their next invoice. Setup, build and custom development fees follow the signed quote. They are fully refundable before work begins and non-refundable once work has started. Partial refunds for cancelled work in progress are at our reasonable discretion, based on the work already done. We do not sell physical goods, so there are no exchanges or returns. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the invoice number, the charge date and the reason. We reply within 2 business days and give a written decision within 5 business days.
