      Very bad customer service and rigid return policy. Three of my grape vines died. They told me that they will give me store credit after June 1st (today is May 12th). I asked them if I order and pay for the replacement plants now and they give me credit on my credit card after June 1; so that I do not have to wait for my replacement plants until after June 1st. Following is my email correspondence with them:
      Jordon (TyTyGA Employee) You said: "You may go ahead and place the order now but I cannot issue it as a refund".
      Such an unprofessional policy!!!
      Jordan, I am sorry to say that you have wonderful products but very poor customer service and rigid business policies that discourage and steer away your customers from doing more business with you. I can't believe that you are denying my request to either replace my dead plants or I buy the replacement plants and pay for it now and you issue me the credit after June 1st. It doesn't make any business sense. I strongly recommend you Jordan that you share my experience with your superiors and make them aware of the undeserved hardship that your customers face and how you lose customers like me who are willing to do more business with you.

      I purchased 2-one gallon plants and received 2 sticks with minimal roots. It was shipped in an extra large container so they charged me xtra charges when they could’ve just send a smaller package.
      I am a plant collector and have many 1 gallon plants and this is an absolute rip off.

      I ordered 15+ raspberry bushes from this company. One of out of that 15 was alive. I received a credit that was substantially lower than what I paid originally. I used the amount of credit they did give me back to buy an almond tree. The company forces the trees in the dormancy for shipping purposes. The tree never broke dormancy, even after sweating the tree to attempt to force it to break dormancy… Now they are telling me that because I used the credit to buy the tree they wont credit me FOR the dead tree. Basically sending me a bunch of dead plants and giving me the big middle finger in keeping my money. Avoid this company like the plague!

      I think TyTy has a great selection of fruiting trees, vines and bushes. I ordered purple raspberries, seedless grapes, wine grapes and plum trees. All of my plants were bare root. The service And products delivered by TyTy is top notch. I ordered my plants late winter and TyTy went out of their way to insure my plants Survival by holding the shipment date. Once my plants arrived about half were out of dormancy and ready to plant. The other half has been a joy to watch. Never have I seen a grape bud burst I was so tickled and became very attached to my new little grapeling. I have read many reviews regarding issues with products and service but have not experienced them. Please insure your do diligence on your part before knocking a wonderful resource.

      I've bought probably close to 60 plants from TyTy over the last 3 years. I've never received a dead plant and all the berry bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees I have are thriving. Great products for very good prices.
