      Lousy business!
      their guarantee is useless
      they ignore all calls from toll free and local numbers
      do not respond to emails
      no way to leave a voice mail message
      NO WONDER THEY ARE NOT A BBB RATED BUSINESS

      I ordered 2 ***** trees which I took great care of. They died within a year so I requested replacements with pictures but never heard back. I have tried calling and emailing but no response. This place is a scam, I don't know how the owner Ryan P******* sleeps at night.

      Plants sent during conditions not suitable to keep a plant alive. Plants arrived spindly. Plants never grew (****). Company doesn’t have refunds. Company forces you to wait months to get a resend of product and they require complex set of “proof”. Customer service doesn’t seem to want to please former customers.

      I purchased a quince tree for $150, plus tax and shipping. When the box arrived, I opened it right away. I was very dissapointed. The tree had 5 leaves on it, and most of them were wilted. I planted it any ways, exactly as the nursery directed. Within days the leaves started turning brown and fell off. When I called, the shop keeper was rude and told me that they were not going to do anything. I had to wait a full year to see if it comes back to life. It was barely alive when I recieved it! I ordered currant bushes from *** ***** ***** and they arrived all leafed out and green. If I could give this company a rating of zero, I would.

      This Nursery is subpar, if that! I ordered six ***** and **** ****** plants in May 2024. The plants arrived smelling strongly of Root Rot, only two of the plants had leaves on the canes. As to the canes, instead of receiving healthy plants, all six were one or two canes only with no notable growth. Ty Ty was contacted, the issue detailed, but I was told to plant them and give them time to acclimate. In August 2024, it was apparent four plants were dead and two were continuing to struggle. I contacted the Nursery again and received this response: "Thank you for the photos. I have completed your claim and the credit has been issued to your account. To access this credit, you will need to login to your account. Once you have logged in, the credit will automatically deduct from your future order total and will be expressed at the end of checkout. If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know." In actuality, no "credit " was issued and I received a "Gift Certificate" to purchase other plants through them. My response: "I am a bit confused about the gift certificate... I specifically asked for a credit to my card for the three dead ****** Plants.
      A gift certificate was not requested. My planting season is about to end and I am not planting anything until 2025.
      Can you please credit my card for the amount of $147.94? The Nursery refused the credit after more communication and I ordered three ******* ***** ******s and *** ******** *******. Upon placing the order, I received an email stating that my order would not be delivered until December, mid month. I have been dealing with this Nursery for months and my landscaping is incomplete and bare where the ****** was to be planted. I was notified after the new order to replace the ****** they could and would not ship my order until December 2024. This is atrocious business practice and I prefer to have my card credited instead of waiting another year to complete my yard. I request an inquiry and credit.

      Bought my husband a ****** ****. It never got leaves, for three months. I kept emailing them and sending them pictures. They kept saying just wait. Hold on will refund you a credit if it doesn’t bloom. Finally I sent them the final picture, they said they give me $109 back but it cost me $150 to get it Sent with the shipping and they refused to give me the shipping back as credit just to order another tree. All I asked was for a replacement.

      Feeling like I have been scammed!!!
      I have been trying to get credit for my failed order for over 30 days. I get NO response from this company by email or voicemail!!!
      In March I ordered a *** *** *** for a $175. It came reasonably packaged and appeared to be dormant. I planted it with great care and watered it regularly for 60 days. It never showed any sign of life whatsoever and a scratch test revealed it was completely dead. I submitted the refund application and sent pictures of the tree and they approved a credit. However they said they would not process the credit until the 1st of June. Since the 1st of June I can get no reply whatsoever from this company. This is upsetting because I was hoping to have this tree established for next Spring. I have a mature ****** tree that needs this for cross polynation. This company dragging their feet not replacing my tree is gonna cost me an entire year (not cool TY TY!)
      FYI: In the past year I have planted 19 other trees in that same pasture from varying companies with 100% success. It's not me it's you, just saying...

      I ordered two trees online on the **** of May. They were shipped and arrived within about 5 days. Upon arrival, one was a bare stick 4 ft tall with no leaves. The other was about 7-8 ft tall with dying leaves. I planted them both and waited.
      Two weeks later, still with no signs of life, I called the company and was told to scrape a little of the bark off and see if the underlying color was green. If it was, it indicated life. I scraped and found green.
      It is now been 6 weeks since I planted the tree and there is still no evidence of life. The company will not respond to my texts or emails. Calling in on the phone results in being on hold endlessly. I have left negative reviews on ****** and ******** hoping to prompt a response and, again, have received no replies. Filing on their website asking for a refund did nothing: the form said someone would contact me within a few days...7 days later...nothing.

      Sending out plants in poor health or already dead. Attempts to file claim on their 1-year guarantee are met with silence. As a last resort I have had to file a chargeback dispute with my bank.
