  We didn't contract with them, we contracted with ** Movers. They subcontracted. Our shipment from ** to ******* was promised in 17 days. That was a week ago. No communication, cooperation, and will not tell ** where our shipment is. Tried calling numerous times, no answer. We only shipped 5 boxes, sounds simple... NOT. At pick up they asked for extra $200. Neither US Movers, nor Handle ********* should be in business. It is sad the BBB does nothing to protect the consumer.

  This company should be named handle by thieves.Driver threatened me to give him %15 TIPS for a bad service truck doesn't have lift damaged my home goods , I complained to the company , the y said nothing will happened to your homegoods at the end stolen ******* qled tv $1400 value , the manager is hiring people from the street to steal people , he is involved. Sooner or later they will pay it toooo expensive I'm sure justice is doing it's job too.

  Bad, bad bussiness. Do not use them, they broke 2 tvs and stole my dinning table, I was told to place a claim by the owner, after 2 months they want to settle for $91.00, what a reapoff, the owner actually gets upset if you call him, do not recomend, the owners name is *** please feel free to call and complain, good luck.

  In short this company should be named , handle by thieves , they send me a driver at 8pm by him self , loaded the truck. The next day send a massage asking for 15% tips for a bad service And threatened us that he has our stuff, we complained about this driver to the company, they told us nothing will happened , when we received our belongings a ******* qled tv $1400 value Was stolen by the driver , we contacted the company. And after more than 50 calls , holding calls and hanging up , I spoke with the manager *** , he told me you don't have prove that the tv was stolen! And you have insurance ($70 insurance for $1400 new qled 65inches tv)He is directly involved with the thieve driver, Please do your best to stope these criminals , their FMCSA IS FULL OF COMPLAINTS, I HAVE PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS TO PROVE WHAT I' WRITING, These people need to be punished to be an example and a ****** for other, they are still stealing from movers .

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give them a negative star I would. They will lose your stuff and then do NOTHING to find it. They charge significantly more than quoted. They subcontract out their drivers, so they have no real responsibility. And, when you finally do get your items that arrive they will be damaged and dirty. They also give you a range of dates to pick up your items and then say they have up to 21 business days to deliver it from your earliest date of acceptance. So if you need to be out of your residence by a specific date, good luck, they might show up 2 days later to pick up your items. And then if you have to be moved in by a specific time, good luck, they could show up several weeks later. I called multiple times to find out updates about my missing items and have been put on hold be several staff for over 30 minutes each time. I wish there was a way to file charges against this company for the nightmare experience that was my move. I would have been better off renting a truck and driving my stuff across the country myself.

  This company cannot be trusted. I am seeking help in getting my things at the time. I just wish I knew this before hand. I think we need to protest this company because they don't need to be in business. I told *** about the things said here, and he claimed it is all lies. I know for a fact it is not,, because I am having the same experiences. They need to be out of business.

  I filed a review several months ago on BBB, however; it has disappeared, so here it is again. If I could give negative stars I would. This company is crooked. They stole some of our property, claim they lost more and almost all of the belongings they managed to deliver were damaged in some way, many not usable. They jacked the price up after loading, took almost 2 months to deliver and then insisted on more money for services not provided, holding our possessions hostage. We have initiated a police investigation against them. If anyone would like more information on this, please see my review on Yelp, which will include my e-mail address. The more voices we have on this, the better chance we have to get them shut down.I have also learned that you can file a small claims action against Handle ********* remotely from any State, with the case being heard over the phone. (You do not have to appear in person). If you want to file a complaint with the police, you must file it with the DeKalb ************** as ****** does not have their own Police force. If anyone used a broker for your move, you may be entitled to that money back as well. Contact me for more information on that as well.
