  I booked my move through ************************ (now ************************), who subcontracted Handle with Care Moving. My belongings were picked up in late June, but despite repeated calls, delivery was delayed for more than a month. When the company finally contacted me, they demanded hundreds of dollars in surprise fees, including a $650 shuttle fee, and threatened not to deliver unless I agreed.I had already paid over $1,300 at pickup, yet they claimed I only paid $930 and tried to add more hidden charges. Because of the delays, I was forced to buy essentials just to get by.This company was dishonest, unprofessional, and made my move extremely stressful. I would strongly advise others to avoid using them.

  Negative 10 stars. they doubled the price after they loaded the truck. They were already 2.5 days late for packing and loading my house. they only sent one guy and a UHaul truck. After he made some calls, a second guy showed up. They didnt leave my house until 2am. I had to come up with another $2300 over the initial quote because my cubic footage was more than they 'estimated'. Fast forward to delivery. Late again. 2 dudes in a semi, 4 hours late and wont open the truck until I pay in cash or postal money order an additional increased price of $4805.60 in cash or postal money order only. I want this nightmare to be over, so I pay. they start offloading stuff in my garage. boxes are crushed, metal wardrobe cabinets are destroyed. Wood filing cabinet crushed, items missing legs and wheels. large items completely missing. entertainment center, 6 feet long, 2 feet wide, 3 feet tall, 500 pounds, glass doors on , drawers in the middlelost. lazy boy recliner? Missing. Two end tablesmissing. antique wood chair for the rolltop deskmissing. Two chairs for the dining room tablemissing. 32 TVmissing. 2 mideval swordsmissing. 2 boxes of kitchenwaremissing.and they destroyed so much stuff guys who unloaded the truck said to just give the company (Handle ********* Moving and Storage LLC) a call because the huge missing items were probably just accidentally left behind in a warehouse.I have called dozens of times, left messages, NOTHING 8/4/2025 It's been over a month and they are still holding the property I own (they claim to have located) hostage. I am actively pursuing legal action against them. If we all keep rolling over and letting them s**** us, they will continue to scam, steal and operate. They NEED to be shut down.

  Grifters, cheats and liars these fly-by-night miscreants are professional con men/women posing as professional movers - who bait, switch and ******* unsuspecting customers with zero accountability and shame. RUN!

  We used this moving company as well and they were so late bringing our stuff slept on an air mattress for 12 days . Stuff was damaged and this is Nov 2024 so still happening and they don't give a ****. They don't deserve any stars at all!!!!!

  I did not use this company, but the neighbor across the street did. Wow, they were moving his stuff into his house. They ran over my mailbox and destroyed it. I had a video of the incident and they were very nice from the start and told me they would take care of it. After months of it, not being taken care of, I had to buy a new mailbox and have it install installed. Now they will not return emails or text and have just ghosted me. This poor old man Across The Street is going to cover for them and so its like theyre just stealing money from this nice old man. I feel bad that he hired this terrible company.

  DO NOT USE! I used ******* Logistics LLC to find a mover (also, don't use them!) and they chose this company. They broke two boxes while packing up my things. Also, ******* told me I'd be reimbursed for any remaining room in the truck but this company still charged me full price for 710cubic ft, but the mover made a point to show me how much room I had left over? ******* promised me delivery by June 1. It is now June 5 and I have yet to hear from this company. It's very much "hurry up and pay us" (and you can only pay via zelle, cash app, etc. not with a credit card which is wild!) I have called an emailed and NOTHING from them. ******* advised me today that my things will be "loaded" Monday the 10th with an estimated delivery of 3-4 days after that. This company has had my things since the 25th of May. I don't understand why it's taking so long for them to deliver my things??? And the lack of communication on their end unless, of course, they want my money and then they are VERY chatty. I can only imagine what else is in store for me as I await my things to be delivered.

  RUN from this company. The price increases once they load your items. You must pay an additional $300 if an 18wheeler can not get to your *********** have to move your items to a truck just like your items were picked up on. They go through all of your items while in storage & steal your items. Even though you pay for Full coverage insurance, they will not pay it. The drivers upon ***************** will NOT allow you to list all your items(they tell you it doesnt matter) & you are not allowed to inspect your items during delivery. Plan on loading & unloading items yourself as they do not send but 1 person. They are VERY RUDE to deal with management. They even sliced open all my vacuum sealed bags of clothes & placed them in a wardrobe box as they went through my items. None of the sticker #s will match as 1 box may have 2-8 stickers on it while another box has No stickers. No matter how much documentation you provide they only want to pay cents on the dollar. They keep dragging things out hoping you will drop the case. ALL of my jewelry was stolen & even though I have recents they do not want to pay on it bc I did not list every piece bc the driver told me they did not have time for that. Getting your items picked up & delivered is a nightmare bc they never call. I spent hours working on both. This company is contracted under Nationwide Moving so stay away from them as well. This company is a bunch of thieves & try to get you to pay more & more money as the process goes along. When I say RUN I mean RUN as far as you can. By the time they got through adding fees & changing prices, I could have had 2 pods loaded and delivered cheaper than there chargers. There drivers will tell you they are going to the can to finish paperwork & will jump in and drive away fast so that you have nothing with your signature and their signature on it.

  This moving company is beyond what I can express in words. I am so hurt that people can be so uncaring for other people's personal items. They moved us from ******** to **************. When they loaded our stuff, the truck was packed neatly and with care. When we received our items, the ruck was in total shambles. The driver informed us that they unloaded our truck in ******* and reloaded onto another truck. WHY? the driver showed up with no one to help unload. SO even though we paid for them to move us we ended up unloading the truck ourselves. There was so much damage to so many items, and so many things completely missing. The driver said file a claim but made us sign a paper saying we wouldn't cancel our check. Thousands of dollars of missing and damaged items and the settlers said we would only get $98. I still can not believe that people are so cruel to cause such destruction to other people's personal items.

  Worst moving company I have ever used. They did not deliver all of my belongings. I have been trying for 5 weeks to get the rest of my load. Do not use them and never use a broker to book your move.

  Do you want to get absolutely screwed by a moving company? Look no further!! They operate under many different names, including, but not limited to, ******** Home Relocation, Logistic Moving Services, Handle with Care, to name a few. They will STEAL from you and expect you to file a claim so they can pay you pennies for your missing property. Trash.
