      They are price gouging, because they haven't any competition.
      We were there about a month ago, the wash was $12.
      Today it is $21 ???
      For $12 now you get tire shine, not a wash.
      We don't blame the employees working there, it is all management.
      Will not go back!!

      First visit we sold a 30 day unlimited visits. Was sold at introductory price of $14.99 but was not told our checking account would be charged a monthly fee of $29.99. Have tried to cancel three (3) times and they won’t cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I guess I am going to have to take legal action at this point! Terrible company!

      The worse customer service you can ever deal with. Impossible to reach .
      Last month I joined to try the service at the Luz florida location. I have been told that I can cancel the membership
      Never authorize to auto pay. I should receive notification prior.
      Today I received notification that they deducted from my card without my permission. Tried to reach customer service to stop it since I am not happy with it. Impossible to reach.
      The couple of times I went last month came out with issues with the car.
      They must refund me immediately.
      This is a RIP OFF and misleading info when I enrolled

      Terrible experience! Went to wash my car thought it was gonna be in and out, boy was I wrong. First the card machine where you pay didn’t work then as I’m going through the actual car wash itself it stopped working! SMH

      Attn: anyone who takes your vehicle to Tidal Wave Auto Spa… beware that **** like this happens there. My brand new ***** car!! ?? I went there on ****. Pull in. Everything’s good. About 1/4 of the way through the carwash my steering wheel turns and I hear an awkward noise. ?? ok, didn’t think much of it. Well as I exit and pull into the drying station I notice these markings on my rim. Now mind u I’ve owned this vehicle now maybe a month!! So I still drive it like a granny and I’m very cautious… ?? so no I didn’t swipe a curb! {I’ve included photos of curb rash for reference and screenshots of my conversation with this **** ~~~anyways I get ahold of the person that operates and runs all tidal wave spas in *********. && this is the responses I get! I asked for his name and contact info and he won’t respond!! What a ****** ** ** As I am looking at the wheel on the 22nd when you were at 5 pm that day. The tire you indicated (passenger rear) has no markings scratches or dents on the wheel. From start to finish ( when you pulled into the tunnel and when you left the lot after cleaning it in the vacuum area), there were no markings on the wheel. **********

      beware- Poor customer service and not willing to help or work with customers. No refunds to credit cards - no exceptions.

      The price went up but the washing detail has decreased in Milledgeville. Half wash have to go through twice not rinsing the sub off completely. No discount for five years and more service.

      Tidal Wave's car wash services are excellent in the Omaha and Bellevue area. But, unfortunately, their corporate offices have set up their systems and processes to terminate older lower-priced wash agreements and force you to new, higher-priced contracts. The local Tidal Wave folks need access to the information systems functions to correct this. Interestingly, these employees also believe the corporate side of their business is unethical and systematically drives customers to higher-priced plans (their words, not mine). The central office support team slowly responds to emails, stating policy, but they never respond to the fact that they drove their clients to new plans, even when called out. The local folks can't help, and the central folks won't. I've never written a bad review about any business, but Tidal Wave earned it!

      Scratched my truck every time I went through the car wash. The kids working there violently attack the front and back of your vehicle with the brush like they are trying to kill it. Not worth the convenience of going through a car wash. I’ll stick with hand washing!
